Based off features he is Madara. I have identified him as Madara based off pictures out of the Manga. Wiether he is Madara(SOMEHOW) that's up to Kishi. Not saying it is but just look at the eyes, they both have bags under them. It's not enough but... oh well.

Oh, I started a novel. But I's have a case of the lazy.
My problems have just been with people. No, not a select few people. More like... EVERYONE (except for Scott. ilu bro <3).

The Hitokogetsu was locked away so that only people who already knew it could use it, meaning that there were what, three or four people who could use it, and that it couldn't be taught to anyone else.
