Okay so now I am just a member, are kages not crew anymore?

They are. But since you're no longer a Kage (waaay too inactive, and definitely not very inter-active) that's no longer relevant.

WOW.
There is no sympathy here, I tell you guys that I have very little time to be on here because of my over-whelming schedule and I sit in the Hokages office and if someone needs me they come and see me and I talk to them.
So you take my spot away from, a spot I have worked for since before you were even in here Shane and you give it to Kunsume who quite frankly was removed for inactivity.

Everyone should understand that this is really just Shane removing his opposition from the crew.
I worked my a** off to get to where I was, and when you took my VC position away from me I said to myself "It's okay, you still have Hokage, something you worked for and are qualified for." But no you took that from me to.

I am literally so angry that I am shaking, this may be me leaving the guild, Shane may have just ran on of the last remaining vets away. Good job.

I would just like to say that I am so upset by this that I just threw up, are you happy yet Shane? You have literally made me sick.

I would also like to ask you two questions, first, how would you like it if someone took away something you worked for three years for and earned? Second, why didn't you warn me at all? Like tell me that I am inactive and if I can't get myself active I either need to step down or be removed.

Wow Irish......I feel bad for you..........such a tragedy to happen.

1. Vet or not vet, you're no more special than any other member. You were a junk Kage. The village was only active in the parts that were as far away from you as possible. I didn't "randomly" demote you. I watched, waited, and learned, and I've come to realize one thing. Giving Kage's warnings will do nothing. The many times I have seen warnings given and accepted, not a single time have any of them acted. As unfortunate as it is, I was (and still am) looking out for the activity of the Leaf. I was hoping that you'd understand and accept that you were inactive; so I'm sorry that you got so upset.

Also, nothing lasts forever. You may have worked years on it and earned it, but if you get a job that you spent years in college to obtain, if you don't show up for work more than once a week, you're going to lose it.

By the way, you weren't just a little inactive. Your last RP post was something like October tenth. A month is enough to justify me getting completely rid of you, I believe; without warning.

And finally, if I just wanted to remove my opposition, I didn't have to demote you from Kage. I could've just made you Kage crew. It wasn't even nearly for that reason that you were demoted. If you think I didn't care about your opinion, then why did I so easily accept your opinion on the matter of OSU? I didn't fight for it because I knew you were right. I do not think you will "always be wrong". I do not think you are "always my enemy". In fact, you saying that you were "my opposition" makes it sound like you would go against my decisions no matter what they were, doesn't it? : /

Just because you have never seen a warning work doesn't mean that they can't. If you would have told me that I was in danger of losing my position I would get active again. Also why did you see fit to remove me and replace me with the kage that had been deemed unfit to lead the village before me?
I said opposition because after everything I understand that on most situations our ideas are the opposite of each others. This is like if the republicans got rid of the democrats.

Our opinions aren't as different as you think. Perhaps on sovereign matters such as who leads, etc, but otherwise, not really.

Also; I recognize that he was originally deemed unfit. However, it's not solely the matter of activity at hand here. It's a matter of inter-activeness. The Kage of a village is the most important member; they shouldn't just spend all day, every day sitting in an office waiting for newcomers. The Kage should get to know the villagers; get out, have discussions, train others, not just micro-manage. That may simply be an opinion; but the best Kages -- by far -- are the ones who take it up a notch. You never did that; it was just an office duty. : / And I don't understand why I'd have to give a warning on that. You know -- the second you take the position of Kage -- that you will be removed if you're inactive. Just becoming a Kage is ALREADY a warning. You don't need reminders; you should remember that the village depends on you by your own accord.

EDIT: Anyway, let's please not do this in the chatroom o O

Is there anyone who can train ふうトン techniques in 雲 at all? This is ridiculous.

Shane I see no reason why it would be unfit for us to talk about it here.

Also I was an active kage until my school started up, right away I went and retaliated to Kumogakure attacking Konoha while kunsume was inactive. I have also trained people that didn't have a teacher when I was able to ensure I could help them as much as needed. Would it be better if I had helped them and then not posted and made them wait? If you had given me a warning I would be staying up later than I am now so that I could dedicate sometime to being a involved kage. Also we used to give out warnings to kages that started to go inactive, you may not remember that time but we did.

Irish this is the chatroom.
Meant for various chatter and general discussion.
The conversation you're trying to have with Shane is a personal matter and should be taken to private messages. By continuing in a public place you're sure to stir conflict that will cause others to react and join in a problem that does not concern them. In the end you'll give yourself a bad name along with anyone else involved.

Whatever, I don't want to debate with you and I really shouldn't have bothered to even try to explain it to you.
Not my place anymore.
So please, continue to make it uncomfortable and edgy in the chatroom.
Go on, be a princess and pout in public.
Good night, and have a pleasant tomorrow.

I agree with irish about this being perfectly reasonable to do in the chatroom. I don't know where youve been(dandii) for the last however many times this has happened in the chatroom, including one of which involving me... Very little in this guild gets done when taken to pm's, and no other people get involved when things start in said pm's. While I think irish's reaction may be over the top a bit, I still think it belongs here.

Also shane while i commend you for thinking that kages should be interactive, none of the kages in the series do that alot, so it should be ok for one or two kages to do that. it's better than having him do that as a village sannin. if it means him staying leave him as kage, and let the cureent one be the sannin that teaches people. When i'm in my active streaks i'm a crapton more active then my kage, but you dont see me wanting to replace her, because she makes a higher quality leader.

In a real situation between the kage who sits in his office and is serious, and the one who mingles with everyone, i would like and trust the one who i dont see often, than the one who knows me.

Kune is perfectly fit. He has been Kage before. He was demoted for the same reason as Irish; but when he was active, he was much better. If Irish was an amazing Kage in his prime -- then I wouldn't have demoted him so easily. But, active or not, he wasn't that great. So what should I have said? "Role-play better"? "Try harder"? And why is everyone assuming he would've even taken my advice? He probably would've just flipped and started insulting me, telling me I was inconsiderate of his school life. My expectations were never high to begin with.

Anyway, this matter is over with. If he wants, he can try and prove to me that he can be a good leader; by getting active without being forced to. Otherwise, he can say whatever he wants, but it was his own fault that this happened.
