Second of all, I know a few people who have never seen 1 and are nearly 90 Dungeoneering or close to it. I guess they're really rare for some and really common for others. Someone in the clan mentioned someone getting one at the earliest possible level... But eh, am happy now that I got mine =P

also about... 481/1000 TD's killed so far... this pair of claws was about 250 kills after that last one

After that kill i got a Tooth Half key, then after THAT kill... i got a loop half key biggrin

ive noticed if you really want one ask someone that got a drop cuz for some reason they get them most ofter thats what happened to me.
