3nodding Also, Mizuki, I'm kinda a huge stickler for T1 rules of engagement. I kinda can't reply until I know where the snake came from, how you managed to autohit me with it, and all that good stuff. As of right now you autohit me with a snake and then it started talking to me. Lol simple. You were focused on Mizu, snake sage, who controls snakes much like Karuda did. Karuda also had snakes who could talk. As far as auto-hit, the speed difference. I've had several of my characters killed before by people [TMT was an example on one where Mizu was almost killed when she was gennin] his [i think Amekage] stabbed mizu in his post and it was not considered auto-hitting [when I had asked shane] because of the giant speed difference there was no real realistic possibility of her reacting in time. This was during the Akatsuki raid on Amegakure when Kleine was incharge of the Akatsuki. i'd say about 4 difference is enough to be faster than they can react. Since 2 difference is the point they cant dodge any more, just block. so 3 would be they can half block, and 4 would be before they can react. This should be put in the Master System, probably. Seems sensible enough.

Komerotsu Can we kill off our current character to make a new one? if nothing big has changed then yes, but your new character cant take body parts off the old one.

Clay hands bloodline, Hearts for the earth grudge fear bloodline, Eyes for sharingan, byakugan, or really any other eye bloodline.

If they were sharingan eyes, certain organs or bloodlines can be transferred through implants, which is only allowed between two members' characters, so mostly it was to make sure no rules were broken like if somebody tried to stack a bunch of bloodlines in a single character through multiple characters. It's allowed to have two bloodlines in the case of implants, however it must be done through RP.

Mine is 4 and yours is apparently 7 which is amusing seeings as your base is 5. Which imo the base doesn't make sense when compared to other classes.
Ninjutsu shouldn't have the same speed as a class that is limited to their abilities.
And either way, I follow T1 guidelines. Which means that no matter how fast you are or strong you are or omnipotent you are... You still can only describe the attack up to the point at which they are to block/dodge/etc. You cannot land it, and you cannot follow through. That is the way of the T1 fighter.
