Is the people outside of your doors. there was a guy who used to peek into our apartment bedroom window....we had him relocated. I assume he's in some labor camp now... You don't sound convinced. When in doubt, pull a trigger. guns are evil! Guns aren't evil, people are. Take away guns, people will kill others with bombs, knives, bats, whatever gets 'em hard. Drunk Driving, you don't ban vehicles for drunk driving deaths. Why blame guns for the criminals decision? I an even cite a study done where FL, in the US banned guns. During these few years crime rates skyrocketed. When they reallowed guns, the crime rate dropped. If you are a criminal, who are you more likely to pull a gun on, someone you think doesn't have a gun, or someone you know doesn't have a gun. Because the criminal will get the gun either way in todays society wink
The difference between a car and a gun is one is designed to move you somewhat faster than walking, and the other is designed to move smaller things into the brains of living things.
Guns are considered evil because the entire reason for their existence is to deny living things from continuing to exist. |

So then dynamite should be illegal as well? An object is not evil, it contains no life, no decision making, it isn't alive. Its in the hand of the beholder that is evil. A baseball bat can be used to encave your skull. Does this make a bat evil? You can die from drinking too much clean water, is water evil? Not hardly lol. |

Dynimite was created as a tool of excavation, and a baseball bat as a tool of entertainment. How it is used is based on the holder. However, the gun, even dating back to the first forms of it, was created for the purpose of killing, and it only use in society is to kil, so the only reason to own a gun is to kill with it, be it defense or attacking.It is one of the only weapons that is purely a weapon from its very roots and not a tool repurposed as a weapon. Even bombs are just an unstable form of how we produce energy.
That is why it is considered evil. |

A gun doesn't have a 'good use', since the reason it is stilled used is purely in countering its bad use. Doing a bad thing to stop a bad thing isn't good. It's just a lesser evil. |

Again, I will never consider in inanimate object to be evil because somebody blames the object for the decisions of criminals. Thats like blameing a soap bar for the bath tub water getting soapy because a five year old dropped a bar of soap in it. But you are entitled to your own opinion. |

You are small. You need what my parents did. Threw me in the water and said swim or drown. Granted this might have caused some of my psychological problems that led me to a psych ward later in life but hey, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, unless its crippling. Then it might just make your spirit stronger XD |
