It's on the Aquila in the homestead. The backward mast has rope ladders. You can get on an invisible rope there and when you climb back across it will (about 1 in 100 times) do this to you.

Has anyone ever tried to explain the concept that Bloodhound's weapons are generally a minimum of 100 feet long because Katsu is likely lacking in other areas?
