They're in Kusa at the moment and stuff. Maybe we could meet somewhere and I could attempt involuntary manslaughter. 8D hmm alright xD as we do it may you take me step by step on how to battle here xD im only a genin and i dont know what to do like when i perform a jutsu like how much jutsu to take off and such :]
Everything you'll need is right here. Just read up on it and you'll see that each rank of Jutsu has a certain cost. Simply deduct that cost from your total which should be 100 at this point in time unless the clan/bloodline you chose adds/subtracts any from that base. ^o^ |

You have 120 points. We don't use percentage here. Not every technique costs five points. Only those of Genin rank [check the Jutsu listing] cost 5 points. Chuunin rank techs cost 10 points and so on. Anyway, meet the twins here. I'll post arriving there now 8D |

at 120 points, 10 cp means your have 110 left. 10% means you have 108 left.
At higher ranks when you can have around 350 cp, 10% could be almost 4 times higher than 10cp. |
