We already have terumi bloodline. It is on the second page of the Canon bloodline list.

Terumi isnt exactly what i wanted its close but not boil laca. I wabt jiton bakuton . i posted a custom kg for it if not terumi will be my fall back i guess

I don't think they'd approve the bloodline, and even if they did, they wouldn't let 2 of the strongest bloodlines be combined to make an even stronger one.
