Why is the manga a week behind but after looking tge site im using to read it was a few days behind not the actual manga.

Also what issue was orochimaru brought back to help sasuke?

3rd ummm.. did they just teach a mass of shinobi an earth jursu by telling them the hand signs?? does that mean any jutsu can be learned that way p.s. how the ******** are non doton shinobi using earth style jutsu??
