is there actually an order to things here or does stuff just happen off the books... cuz i know i have a bloodline application which hase been up for a while... whilst it only took a day or so for someone else to gett accepted... and it wasnt actually posted in the thread that he was... do we get to just do things on our own here? cuz that would be so cool...

oh and by the way... lamacorns and butterflywalruses are gonna overthrow the goverment military.

Eh, Usually hand picked by the kage. Although the kage may designate a Sanin to pick the other members. Depends on how muffin chooses to handle the situation.
Not that the mist seven will mean much, since their swords are scattered across the guild and in possession of certain shinobi

Kaisen received the two swords that OP b***h heart Kleine had because of a previous agreement they had concerning Kaisen's revival. Kageko had the other swords, and those are also within Kaisen's possession. So no...to my knowledge, I do have all of them.

As for the Mist Seven, I don't plan on just giving swords out. They're gonna work for them.

If you're never going to post as a character and just drop in now to tell me you're claiming something...I'm not buying it. If you don't want your character to lose assets, please actually post as that character. I was told that it was in the hands of the Mist Village because you haven't posted as Kiyoshi in eons.

Moral of the story; if you want to keep the weapon, use the character. Otherwise, it's going to be redistributed for guild benefit.

I understand taking it from inactive members but I am still here, so should all my characters items. I'm sorry you want all your swords, and I have no problem giving it back. Edit: If anything I don't even get a notice "hey if you dont start using we taking it" I just get it taken, again when i am right here.

So it shouldn't matter that the person themselves is an active member of the guild, you can just ******** them over since they not posting with a particular character at the moment. Yes that really shows that person is cared about. The only issue is cause it a Canon weapon, and that for some reason means you must be constantly active cause it Canon. It has no plot or story in the guild, it just being reclaimed cause Muffins wants all of the Mist 7 weapons back in mist hands. If it was a regular custom weapon no one would care if that person doesnt post. But because it Canon, for some reason it just able to be taken. Am I then able to just reclaim all the Arc weapons out of no where and say "it for the good of the guild". Even though they have no plot, they just canon weapons

Though if we're going with rules, I can state a few.
Kaisen shouldn't be alive. With him being alive, it's breaking the rule of The Edo Tensei agreement.
The Blast Sword doesn't have a return seal or some s**t. If anyone wants it, they have to auto learn where it is and fight Alyssa. Good luck on that one.

If it was a custom weapon it wouldn't matter because it was your creation, so do whatever you want with it. Canon weapon's that have to do with lore should be treated the same way that Demons/Angels/Cursemarks are treated. If you don't roleplay with the character, the weapon should be redacted and given to someone else. Even though it has no current plot in the guild, doesn't mean it's not desired by other guild members. It wouldn't be fair to other people.

Given all these things you're saying about not feeling like rping, I don't think it's your choice to make. You're kinda just acting like a child who wants to get his way. Even though some people hash out on some rules, doesn't mean you should. I don't believe it's fair to say that it belongs to Alyssa. Just because you and Muffin have some issues with each other, shouldn't mean you should keep the sword out of spite.
