Eplc Reaper TheWingsOfTheGods Ro Mayvine Eplc Reaper TheWingsOfTheGods Oh joy, I send a genin out to Tell other kages that i'm not looking to make allainces witha side mission to find 2 new recruits for Suna (No steal em, mind you, just to find 2 willing people to join), and it turns into an international incident. Although i will say that if you do kill my Shinobi while he's on this mission, i will respond in kind. Could the Kazekage kill the Mizukage question According to Muffin, Kaisen is the most op of the active op characters, unless Kleine is creeping around in some sketchy back-ally somewhere rofl So according to the person who owns the rpc, his rpc is the most op of the active characters. That sure sounds familiar. *Cough* Hector, Mikyo, Bandit, Firu, DSW, *Cough* So sure, as far as He is aware of, his is the most op. But who knows, really. Not going to lie. I LOL'd at this. I aim to please. Or troll. Which ever is more fun for me.

I meant if we were to put it in the Anime/Manga, the section of your guys battleground would need to be village sized lol

Create another character for Otogakure, I believe they need some gennin and they have like 2 Jounnin and a Kage. Had0u, Shining, and Mizuki seem to be very active people. Esp Had0u xD Otogakure? Isnt that the rice village? what kind of elements do they even use there? I mean i need some thing to burn my time while i wait for approval of my weapons to submit the profile.

As with every village there's no real element restriction. But they have there own special sub-element Sound, which only their ninja can learn.
