Well, I have a new guy in Mist I haven't started yet that I could let run around with you. He's a Hyuuga Taijutsu master.
My other RPC is in my one true love, Kumo. Its a Hatake Ninjutsu master, and by some odd turn of events, I'm the Raikage's student.
Nahhh bro im in cloud to lets ranks up a bit and defect with mee lol i think i am the raikages student or in his squad as well...i think im squad 14 under kisuke.....i havent even cheked yet lol. But im in the hot springs in Kumo right now just relaxing.
Gahhh the fkery.....oh well its kool i suppose...im still going rogue after i ake chuunin and do a little bit.
Depending on how long it is till the first set of exams, I may just buy Chuunin, I already almost have enough
Im a genin still i havent even spent my money yet i have 100K....lol imma post sometime today or tomorow for some training after i put some customs in. and then ill work on my rank lol a genin aint nothing....but i use trickery with this RPC. Going with a ninjutsu with an assasin play style.

Hey whatever works for you my dude. Id like to have you either RPC join my rogues, which ever youd like it don't matter. lol We are just gonna wreak havok and start ish.

I don't know, I think if we do some recruiting and post more, they open up a village that we can swoop in and take early and and establish a rogue state

• Iron Sand Style: Railgun SS Rank This is the penultimate Iron Sand technique. When utilized properly, very few barrier's can withstand the destructive power and speed of this attack. The user starts by compacting metal's into a super dense object floating in front of them, which can take several turns based on the desired output. (More turns making a 'bullet' more powerful the impact). Once a sufficient bullet has been crafted, the user then concentrate and build a massive amount of energy in either one of their fists. Then in one swift movement, they slam that fist into the projectile, transferring incredible amounts of energy into it, propelling it at near super sonic speeds towards its target. Due to the speed and power of the impact however, once the projectile's path has been set, the user can not alter it. It is an all or nothing straight shot. The power from the shot comes from when the projectile impacts its target and transfer's all of its kinetic energy into whatever it hits. The range of this shot is also quite impressive, with ranges of over 2 miles with no loss of speed.

Its a good jutsu my dude just have to make the reprocussions worth the output ya know? Other then that i like the general idea. Go for it my dude.
Well i have one or two people that will defect with me already my goal is to have atleast 6 excluding myself for a total of 7. But hey we could establish a rogue village....maybe we could get an arc for it....That'd be awesome lol

Still needs a great deal of work. I don't want it to be all powerful like it was. Trying to make it a little on the weak side now and then tune it up more. And the railgun description isn't over. I've done enough research to know that when that thing hits something, the pressure will actually not crush what it hits, but actually liquify it to some extent. The round also builds up a massive amount of frictions, so its almost white hot when it impacts.

Gahh...i dont like criticing other peoples customs lol....im kinda blunt in the way i put things. But im about to get my custom weapon and do some training at the grounds. gotta learn how to use my new bow effectivly. and problly train for some jutsu. Well ill make it a super physical training post. Then do a few jutsu training. But i want to get a spar in.

That plan is awful. For one thing, the idea is to not tell everybody what your plan is. Raiton Wisp is also an awful technique. It takes a whole post to charge up, in which to kill you, and then you become a slow-moving cloud with a delirious mental state.
