While that is a smart idea, My character still looses chakra, And i can't do that for long periods of time either so i can't do that. If the arm was perminant and non chakra using, it would be better.

Then make a custom technique that allows you to form the arm out of darkness for a low cost, has no constant chakra expenditure, and would only require a chakra cost to change the shape into something else. Or make additional jutsu that transform the new darkness arm into various tools.

All i want is just a normal arm. Arm's don't go threw the problems that Fake arms do.

Sure.
If you can defeat someone, take their arm, and get a medic to replace it.
Or you make the custom jutsu, learn it, and instant arm without the hassle of other roleplayers.
Or make a custom prosthetic that can have chakra channeled into, be resistant to certain elements, have hidden tools, etc. All again without the hassle of other roleplayers.

I'd rather fight someone and take there arm. I don't want a fake arm even if it's advanced. If i do, then i'd replace my character's arm. Until then i just want a normal arm. So can someone tell me were the easiest opponent is so i can take there arm.

I betting the stolen real arm would never be able to rank up.
At least if I got to set the rules about such a thing, that would be the case.
You'd never be able to use jutsu past the rank of the person you took the arm from.

If it was to be worked like an implant (which it wouldn't be) you'd be able to rank it up.
But if was to be like Jiongu hearts, it would only be able to be trained up to the rank of the original owner.

Now that would all be up to crew.
I'm sure Shane would allow the arm to rank up no problem.

Alternatively you could also find a high ranked medic who knows how to regen the arm back.
