You can leave the village at any time, I was referring to the part where you try to mark every person that has ever even though about attacking you.

Just an FYI, leaving the village puts a bounty on you automatically.

Well if i do kira or you or someone else higher ranked then my character is going to pull a d*** move. So it's better to do it when i'm done with the jounin Exams

If some random high ranked person just showed up out of nowhere, it would be called Meta-Gaming, and its against the rules. You can also run. I know you know how to run, Kurai was very good at it.
