Ever since the Reboot this guild has gone down the drain.

i have been Chunin since the reboot..... before then i was sanin.

I have done 2 jounin missions to get promoted and both times the crew member who offered the promotion either stiffed me or wasnt active.

Now i have to take the exams again. which btw if you not going to be active to keep your promis DONT BE A F****** CREW MEMBER!!! GOD THIS IS WHY THE VILAGES GOVERNMENTS ARE CRAP. i have yet to see anyone within the past few months ever get up a rank in the mist village and im sick of how rediculou it is with the run around.

wasnt this bloody hard before the reboot.

secondly several applications have been sitting in stasis for about a week and havent been reviewed.... WTF IS GOING ON PEOPLE!!!

im pissed, out of patience, i have worked hard and only to nearly get my character stabbed in the back because of some crew member on a power trip..... 7 bloody years in this guild.

Please chill. If you have a problem, don't outburst randomly. Try pming a crew, VC, or even the captain about your concerns and give suggestions on how we can make this experience more fun at you. People go inactive sometimes, because life happens. Not everyone can garentee they are going to be on the next day, which is unfortunate but its the internet. Relax, and try not to blow up next time.

ps. The kage you are talking about was ran off, so he has no power anymore.

There is no reboot in our future, I can say that for sure. If we do need your help, we will surely ask but thank you for letting us know you are available. If you can tell me what customs are still sitting, I can get to them and judge them for you... I'm sorry for such a long wait, sometimes we- as crew- do not see if someone posts in the custom. Granted, we should be looking regularly. It's our fault. I'm sorry you are having a bad night.

honestly im not as worried about making jounin as i am applications taking long to be processed. I can always do missions to make jounin and i recently made jounin.... i just havent updated my profile. I still have allot of training before entering the exams.

but my point was 7 years ago i first started this guild and i was very overwhelmed and i worry about new members feeling the way i did. I didnt have help then like i do now. so i understand how stressful it gets when RPC politics interfere with the growth of other characters.

I again appologize for my rash behavior and i promis not to outburst again. perhaps ill lay off the beer. sad
