So I have a few questions.

For my bloodline, on its history is there any canon story I should follow or can I wing it?

For techniques and powers, is there a general limit to how much I can push for this bloodline to do or does it have to follow some set theme. I want to make a weapon based clan that revolves around replication, sensory and alterations of the weapons through a thing called the Aura.

Jutsu rank in power from D-SS. A D rank move would be like the Transformation Jutsu, while an S Rank move would be something like Ameratasu.

Before I make Kenshin Takeda, I want my first character to be... a bit more... like a child.

Is there a super strong bad a** I could possibly emulate this character after? In any village, I just want this guy to be all fascinated by this character.

The three big badasses of NUR atm are Kya, Lucifer and Kleine.

Kya and Kleine are both a part of the Kech Marah. Kleine reigns in the Leaf. Kya reigns in Mist.

Lucifer is the Hokage.

In Suna, there is Toshiko, who's adequately a badass as well.
