Azana smiled again at Gren, though she was still a little nervous by Angeles' stare. "Hm, I suppose that'll have to be my job, then," she concluded, though that idea was far from unpleasant. "I was just hoping to share the fun, that's all."
She glanced over at Angeles...what could the vampire want to talk about with her? Did she want to talk now, or later?

(Sorry, I was here since this place was a thread, and haven't been around before last night, so I don't know the rules very well right now.
Oh, second time? I don't remember the first time. You probably posted last night when I went to bed, and so I couldn't read it. Sorry!

Gren laughed calmly. "Ha, don't worry about it...we have plenty of fun ourselves."
He glanced, spying Angeles' suspicious glare. "Angeles, come on over. Azana's nice...I wouldn't have done anything to save her if she weren't, you know that."

Angeles looked at Gren, then glanced at Azana before looking at Gren again with a sly smirk, "you know that's not how it works my friend," she said quietly before looking back and taking another drink.

"I'd love to," Azana said with a smirk, following Gren toward the mysterious vampire woman. She really had no idea what Angeles held against her...sure, she had been brought up in one or two reports, but that was by name only. It's not like she was reporting every single strength or weakness...though that was likely the connotations involved.

"Ooh! Who says chivalry is dead?" Azana commented with a smile after taking her seat. Angeles denied the label that Gren had given her, causing the young operative to shake her head.
"I think it fits," she said, resting her head on one of her hands, "but I suppose you'd know more about yourself than any of us."

"You also seem to forget that I tried to kill both you and MacPere," she said solemnly before looking at Azana. She didn't trust the woman, the people of her company were capable of rather amazing things, and she didn't like it.

Angeles shook Azana's hand stiffly before retracting and resting in her seat, "yes, but you are not at fault for that. Tyler's blood revealed what it was you had done, you were not in your right mind, you are forgivable," she smirked slightly recalling Azana's comment about her knowing herself better than anyone else, "it also showed that there have been attempts to tail me and gather information about me. I'd like that to stop as soon as possible. I don't like being hunted for any reason."

Azana hung her head somewhat at Gren's comment, though Angeles' knowledge of the situation was somewhat comforting. She understood what had happened, that Azana had no knowledge of her actual actions against everyone until Sosol brought her back...though the last thing Angeles revealed caught her by surprise.
"What?" She blinked in surprise. "I...I didn't know about any of that...and I..." She crumpled the empty soda can in her grasp. "They know you come here. Angeles Valentine...I will recover your privacy."
