Azana broke into laughter at Eli's attempt at a Western accent, looking up with a small tear in the corner of her eye. "Depends who yer askin'..." She replied, still smiling broadly. It was simple moments like these that made all the effort worth it...sometimes, she just needed some reminder of exactly what she was fighting for, besides her own sense of accomplishment.

"Well, we almost got enough for three on three...who else can we rope into it?" She asked, a mischievous smirk on her face at the unintentional pun.

Sosol shook his head, watching the simple challenge start to take on a life of its own with surprising rapidity. Never a dull moment...no wonder Stella put us here. "Well, if that's a concern, I can always wear Hunter's Belt...after all, mine are more likely to interfere than yours, Az."

((I have to go soon...my bus ride is almost over.))

Alex sighed happily a basket full of easter eggs in arm she skipped around the room before sitting down

Knightsoul awoke to the sharp pain of something poking him repeatedly in the head. He slowly opened his eyes to find that it was Nathan's beak intruding on his slumber. With a start, he realized that he and his new friend had somehow ended up on the roof of the inn during the night. "I don't suppose you're a sleepwalker." he asked. Nathan simply shrugged his wings.

Knightsoul slowly stood up and told his friend "Don't look down" which caused Nathan to promptly look down. Seeing how high up they were induced a panic in the firebird as he frantically grabbed Knightsoul to keep from falling as he screeched in terror. Knightsoul struggled to keep them aloft, but he lost his balance and gravity took him to ground level. He looked up from his new perch just in time for Nathan to land on top of him.

As the bird tried to regain his senses, Knightsoul's muffled voice said "We shall not speak of this to anyone. Agreed?" Nathan let out a squawk before collapsing.

Knightsoul remained on the ground outside the inn as he was still trapped beneath the unconscious Nathan. He mumbled something about the absurdity of a bird who was afraid of heights as he waited for his friend to wake up.

"Hey, Emily..." MacPere whispered as he leaned against the bar and beamed, taking a sip of his drink. "Would you like to know a secret~?"

Emily nodded as she continued to nibble on her egg and waited to hear the secret.

Azana walked into the Inn, uncharacteristically dressed in pastels and carrying a very noisy basket. She grew increasingly angry at the constant cheeping, her hand gripping the blade at her side tightly.

"Okay, anyone who doesn't want to become s'mores better shut up!" She hissed at the cheeps in the basket, smirking as they immediately grew silent. "That's better."

Sosol shook his head, not far behind his girlfriend as they returned. "Of course the league would cancel for Easter," he said with mild resignation, watching the cheeps with mild annoyance. "Those things are everywhere..."
"I have half a mind to skewer all of them, roast them in the fireplace, and offer up Easter s'mores to the patrons..." She said menacingly, letting the light glint off the rapier. "There are enough chocolate eggs around to make it work..."
"I wouldn't hold it against you...I'm not one for violence, but there seriously needs to be some population control on them. I'd really like to know who considered making these things a good idea..." Sosol shook his head, sliding behind the bar and pulling out a pair of glasses. "Speaking of Easter...your outfit is quite festive."
"Thanks. Hm...you could use a little work. I think I have a spare set of bunny ears."
"No way. I think I'll be just fine without them." He chuckled, mixing a chocolate martini for Azana and a doctored ginger ale for himself.
