Critics Wanted

This is the first cover of a series of comic books that I'm doing for my Senior Exit Show. I would really like some feedback on the composition and the over all layout.
This is the preliminary of course, as it doesn't have the title and what not on the front yet.

I'll have to see how that looks. The character wouldn't smoke a cigar in general, but for the cover it might be interesting.

That is the front cover, it should be the best piece of art in the book. I like the character, I really do. But it should be more dramatic, more colorful, and thought out.
