Okay so recently I just purchased the manga series of Kingdom Hearts... I can't really recommend anyone else to buy it but it does answer some questions... if you want to buy it, that's your choice.
For me it seems to go a lot faster but that could be because of how much time was spent playing the game trying to level up every chance that I got. lol There are a couple of the worlds left out and some of the dialog is a bit different. The worlds that were remember were, Destiny Islands, Traverse Town, Wonderland, Olympus, Agrabah, Monstro, Atlantica, the Jolly Roger, and Hollow Bastion.
Also a couple of memorable fight scenes were also left out such as the fight with the deck of cards in Wonderland, BOTH fights with Ansem, and the fight with Malificent. And everything seems so anti-climatic it became more or less boring when it came to the fight scenes.
Not a whole of characters were left out and there were even a couple of bonuses throughout the series that didn't occur in the game. But in my opinion, I would just stick to the game. ^^;
