Jrpg's on the rise!

with the release of xenoblade chronicles for the wii. and last story following.(so excited! xd ) it would seem like "good" jrpg's are coming back. ive been waiting for this for the majority of the current gen. my fingers are crossed. and may the rest of the year be as promising. does anyone know of other jrpgs on the way?

Well, besides the new Kingdom Hearts, Fire Emblem, Etrian Odyssey, and Rune Factory games, there was that so-called "genreless" game called Time Travelers which I'm guessing you can turn it into an RPG if you like.

i'll have to look at etrian odyssey, but wasnt rune factory kinda like harvest moon, or a sim game type thing? if not i need to dig up more info on it.

Yeah, the Rune Factory series is a spinoff of the Harvest Moon series; it's exactly just like Harvest Moon, but with dungeons, monsters (and monster taming), a story other than just farming, and magic.
