My (very basic) Campaign Idea

So, I've had this idea for a while now, and I don't think my group IRL will ever come around to doing it. It's just a very basic idea, and I want to throw it out there that I can't DM it (I've never been a DM before, but I'm giving the idea in case someone else wanted to expand off of it).

Anywho, back to the topic: I've been wanting to do an Evil campaign for some time now. The way I see it working (one of the only ways, I see it - but that's just me) is that the PC's would be part of an organization (we would all be Lawful Evil, because if we weren't, I don't see why we would even work together - that is, without backstabbing each other and whatnot. Then again, Neutral Evil might work, too); our group would be trying to take over the world, I guess? It could be anything - I just REALLY want to try being an evil character for once.

I also REALLY want to be a Red Dragon - a baby, of course, or something like that, so I wouldn't be extremely over powered. If not a Red, then another Chromatic... Like Black.
