(Lincoln grew up in a quite household in the country with his ill mother. She was always in need of assistance so Lincoln was unable to have a job. They lived off the land, and it was quite and peaceful until his mother took a turn for the worst. For three whole days he stayed with her trying to help her get better, but the illness got the better of her and she passed away with him at her side. By this time he was so in debt from medical bills that in order to pay even half of it off, he'd have to sell the house. Knowing that his mother wouldn't want him to live in debt, he sold the house and went to work in the city as a waiter. A coworker heard about the trouble he was in and told him about a very nice job that opened up in the warehouse down the street. The coworker told him that he heard the job had specific requirements, but the payoff was big. Interested, Lincoln went down to the warehouse the date his coworker had mentioned. Once inside, he found himself gagged and knocked unconscious. He woke up later in a cage.)
