It's my headcanon that something happened between panels in the dark moon story between Cresento and Nicolae because Cresento has suddenly tucked his hair behind his ears and kept it that way ever since, making them fully visible.

It's my headcanon that something happened between panels in the dark moon story between Cresento and Nicolae because Cresento has suddenly tucked his hair behind his ears and kept it that way ever since, making them fully visible.

i'm such a shitty fan LOL i just assumed it was the wind ?? since like, over the course of the few pages where cres and nicolae are running along together out in the woods, his hair gets blown/tousled about from running and riding on brenn's broom.

also the fact it's potentially the end of the world and cres as agreed to reluctantly face the danger- he's probably too spooped with the Scaries to worry about his hair/ears

I have quite a few head cannons. Most are..... Not tame enough to end up viewed by the public eye.. Heheheheh.. But I have a few others to share, if you don't mind.

Cresento staying up at all times of the hour, claiming he's 'studying' but only goes to bed once Nicolae shows up from a night of swindling/drinking/etc.
"No, I wasn't staying up for you. I'm not your babysitter. S-shut up...."

Nicolae sneaking into his favourite elfs bed while he sleeps. The first few times he gets caught but after awhile, he can sneak under the covers without him knowing about it. (Cresento totally knows but plays like he's sleeping anyways)

That fighting though. Nicolae must have trained or have quick reflexes to have been able to dodge Cresento's attacks. Perhaps a one on one training session is in order? Maybe round two but this time Nicolae catches Cresento off guard.

my main headcannons:

-Cresento is a terrible cook and Nicolae cooks extraordinarily well and cooks for Cres without asking.

-Cresento will pretend to look over at Nicolae to make sure he's working but he's really just admiring at Nico in secret.

-Nicolae sometimes will write poems and letters about love for himself then destroys it quickly to avoid Cresento getting the wrong idea.

-Cresento and Nicolae enjoy eating dinner together and it's filled with Nicolae's laughter Cresento's yelling and them both enjoying the company within each other.

-Nicolae texts Cresento cute things while they're separated from each other.
example:
"Hey Cressy~ check it out!"
-Picture-
"I didn't expect for me to run into this item im gonna buy it y/n??"
"Yes, that would be quite the item for the shop. Also stop calling me that."

-Nicolae buys Cresento normal clothes so they can go out in public normally without being noticed, Cresento doesn't like it at first up but ends up enjoying the leisurely time away from the ship..(Since he never had any friends to begin with.)

-When Cresento is in a really good mood he seems to be a bit nicer then he usually is towards Nicolae.

-Cresento tried out Twerk once for Nicolae's sake. He immediately spit it out and got sick in the stomach afterwards.

-Nicolae has actually managed to kiss Cresento once.

-Nicolae has Cresento into reading manga/watch anime with him on his spare time.

-Nicolae lost his temper once to Cresento.

-Nicolae/Cresento both refuse to admit they're mad for each other but occasionally flirt with each other when alone.

-Cresento is actually aware that Nicolae had the shop condemned but he doesn't have the heart to put Nicolae out.

-Nicolae likes to share the perks of being a conman to cresento, He knows that Cresento isn't interested but he appreciates Cresento trying to show interest in the subject.

-Cresento lets Nicolae have the speaker to put his music on every so often.

-Nicolae was invited to a Opera performance by Cresento.(Meaning fancy clothes and fancy look) He ended up appreciating the Opera music after seeing how moved Cresento was to the singers voice.

- Cresento is a shy kisser.

-Nicolae called Cresento 'babe' to make him angry the first times he did it now Cres accepts the nickname and secretly enjoys it.

-Nicolae's Real birthday is in between October/November (He's a Scorpio which explains his flirty behavior)

My headcanons so far + the daydreams that go along with them, I think about it alot, so rambling in some heh~

- Once they get together, Cres will often wear one of Nic's shirts to bed ; he also tends to be the big spoon when cuddling ( for the sake of cuddles and also because Nicolae dOES NOT. STOP. MOVING. It contains him )

- From testing out some kindred formulas, Nicolae and Cresento ended up with a Leafkit and Machia that got attached to them respectively. Nicolae loves them, Cresento tries to act like they're a nuisance - but just as he fell for Nicolae's charms, he's really fond of them too.

- Nicolae can sing, and likes to make Cresento blush with romantic songs when it's just them or during a tender moment and he's feeling sappy ... of course, that also means he likes to bother Cres with songs the elf would find annoying, because ... well, it's Nicolae.

- ''Babe'' is the standard name of endearment, but special occasions, Nic will lay on that Southern silk and call Cresento ''Darlin' '' - Cres in turn calls him either ''Nic'' or the classic ''Nicu'' , because Nicolae doesn't like pet names for himself, and the casualness from Cres makes him happy.

- Anything that requires sitting behind one or the other - such as riding Capella - since the whole moment on Bren's broom, Cresento likes to sit behind Nicolae so he can rest his cheek against Nic's back, between his shoulder blades or rest his chin on his shoulder, wrapping his arms round his waist.

- Speaking of Capella; Nicolae gives Cres horse riding lessons, in hopes that his two favourite grumps will bond. Cresento complains often and Capella hates wearing a saddle, but the time they get to spend together is worth it. (and Nicolae gets a good laugh out of it too, like when Capella has to go to the toilet and Cresento is all ''uGH '' - great stuff. )

- Cresento has anxiety, so when business has been overwhelming, they'll close shop early, get Capella and head to Port of Gambino where they can sit together, far away from people, and stay out untill nightfall, enjoying each other's company. and they hold hands and kiss under the moonlight long make-out sessions ensure

- Not a Cresolae headcanon, but a Nicolae one; he was present at the birth of his beloved girl, Capella, on a winter night - the constellation Auriga clear in the night sky and even clearer, was the star Capella. Nicolae was the one who named her.
