My opinion

Console wise is the PS1 didn't freeze as much (which the N64 was always doing) and graphics where better. <3


Game wise though N64 alllll thhhee wayyy

I never had the PS1 but I can tell you that the Nintendo 64 is a straight classic and is waaaaay to much fun =]

Personally I enjoyed the graphics better most the time on the 64. And I play it more then my PS1. Still trying to beat Duke Nukem Zero Hour

That's a statement I've never really understood. Because really the idea of Nintendo it self being childish really came from Sega marketing. That the NES was a child's toy but the superior graphics and bloody games of the genesis makes the genesis "mature." Thing is this idea is still going. That the Wii is childish and the 360 and PS3 are the maturer systems. We need to distinguish between "childish" and entertainment that anyone can enjoy. The former being that if a 40 year old man is playing it he might be a ***** and the latter being that it's just a fun game to play. I personally really don't care what the graphics or character designs are. If the game play is solid, then it doesn't matter what a game looks like. You could have the most mature looking game but it sucks because it's not actually fun.
