What is failure?
Who failed?
How did you fail?
Where did you fail?
Why did you fail?
Failure is not an option.

Who determines failure?
What did you do to fail?
Where was your alternative?
How could this been avoided?
Why didn't you do something?
Failure seems to cloud over you.

What to do now?
Who to go to?
Where are your fellow failures?
How come they are not here?
Why are they not relishing with you?
Failure can make you feel alone.

How do you feel?
What can I do?
Who can help you?
Where are you going?
Why aren't you staying?
Failure shows you yourself.

Why are you quiting?
How come you don't recover yourself?
What do you have to lose?
Where is your dignity?
Who will restore that?
Failure is never the end but the beginning.

Why do I write this you ask?
Who will?
How will you change?
What will you do?
Where is your future?
Failure is not failure, but an opportunity

I tried
I did my best
I want to cry

My heart is about to die
I took a true test
Yet I want to cry

This is no lie
At least now I can rest
Still I want to cry

Can I have another try?
I'm becoming obsessed
Now may I cry

My heart feels dry
Can it be addressed?
I'm about to cry

Look into my eye
I'm in my nest
Tears flowing as I cry

Now as I sigh
I no longer fret
It seems as though my effort is a lie
But I realize that my effort was my best try

I heard like Edison failed to make the light bulb nearly 10,000 times and is suppose to have said of the other 9,999 they were not failures but things he had eliminated from what he could try--obviously my pararphrase.

Demons out of the darkness
And in my fear
I sent half to you
Not really believing
They were real
But part of my madness.

Your brother stopped by
And gave me the news.
He said you blew
Your heart away
With a shotgun blast,
Hoping to escape
The demons that bothered you.

Now even when the sun shines
And Sanity shows herself
To me it is sadness
For I have with my madness
Murdered my friend
With her own hand.

Is it not fitting
That I am at all times
A little sad.
I am so sorry, Julie,
But must live with it
For even in death
There is no escaping
The things I have done.

UNTITLED BREAKUP POEM

I try to picture you as ring-tones sound
awakened to my presence in your life
as memories unfold within your mind on screens
but cringe to think of some of the scenes that play
and I try to picture you listening to me now
as you check your voice mail for any sign
as if to change from stormy to open seas
in hopes that as with the sun my victory’s lade
then walking away with mostly cloudy thoughts
I search the past for what it was which was worse
and the many things I saw as loving, were not
as loving as once I’d thought they were at first,
but I’ll always need you when my hearts or hearts
finds feminine nuances where a new love would start.

your berries are so... ripe!
how do I wait to taste your juicy fruit
in jelly or in jam as if to toast
my blessed fortune and fate?
for we have never been precisely damned
but I’m like some sled dog
racing behind a b***h in heat
for though I run with skill I still lack
the chance to catch my love
and only wished we could be together,
you and me, in fact, as well as in fantasy
a couple paired and not just
a queen of hearts with an ace of the same
unable to even bet the cards we share
even when my dreams are filled with you
and your name’s sound’s drowning out
my pain as if I really did feel your touch
but my heart is broken anew
my friend
for real...


NOTE: if you break it down it's 14 lines rhyming in a definite pattern. A sonnet so to speak?

The rain poors down like tears ,
From the angels above crying
I can hear it in my ears
It's almost worse then dying
Theese are my greatest fears,
I guess im just tired of trying




As you take my soul,
My heart is cold,
My chest starts to slow,
I dont even know
If I want to take this road,
I just lay there and stare,
I stare into the air,



As I look above into the sky,
I know It's not a joke,
I know It's not a lie,
Though,I can't wonder why
It's because I wasn't shy



I already made my choice,
That's why I'm here
I just got tired of you voice,
and now your far from near.
