Trey listened to what Blade was saying and nodded before he put on a brave face and clentched his fist with a determined expression as he fought the tears threatening to pop into the corner o his ees due to his fear. "R- Right! I've got to be tough for this."

Torrie nodded her head lightly to what Saku said. "Yeah. That's something else he told me once. He's pretty smart, which a lot of the people who go to his gym don't consider when battling him..." Oh crap! Right! Saku probably wasn't as naiive as Trey was about the different gym leaders. She didn't want to let him know she was the daughter of a gym leader. He might try to take her home.

Lucy heard the sniffle and cough from Blaze. Normally she would igore it, but the cave was a little cool... She sighed lightly as she sheathed her sword and reached into a pouch attacked to her side. She pulled out some herbs and held them out from Blaze, not saying anything about the act and expecting him to have the same curtesy. "Who ever it is, they must be workig for the one after you and Bella. Having us seperated will give them an advantage since our numbers have dwindled. They will most likely go for either weakened members or anyone together that can't stand one another." That was her subtle hint that she and Blaze were probably going to be attacked soon.

Brandon listened to what Akaki was saying, but he growled angrily as he did. He had the doll he was carrying look over his shoulder to confirm that a false wall had just formed. Oh, fine! If it meant he would find Trey faster, than he would follow this jerk! He floated after Akaki, glaring angrily ahead. What eer was causing this may want to reconsider messing with him. He would willingly murder some one right now if it meant making sure that pansy of a brother he had was safe. He could just picture Trey crying helplessly without him around. What if Saku was missing too? He started grinding his teeth. "Trey, you had better stay out of trouble. I don't want to explain how you got your stupid a** killed!"

Saku chuckled at Torrie, giving her a small nod. "Being a gym leader isn't all about strength, it's about skill and strategy. A lot of people seem to forget that." He said. A sudden cold breeze could be felt through the cave.

Blaze turned looked back at Lucy when she offered him the herbs. Blaze silently took the herbs and ate them. He let out a sigh of relief, feeling a bit better. "Yeah, but we don't know who's paired with who. They may go for the weakest, for all we know Trey or Torrie could have been left alone. We're not safe assuming anything." He said. A rumbling sound could be heard from all sides in the dark cave.

Akaki floated foreward with a dull unphased look in his eyes. Akaki slowly stopped moving and sighed, "How pointless." He said as he floated down to the ground. "We're going in circles, we might as well just sit here and wait for something to find us." He said as he sat down and yawned.

Torrie tensed as Saku mentioned being a gym leader. She hadn't wanted any one to know who her dad was. If they did, they would probably try to take her back home. She shivered at the breeze and rubbed her arms to warm up. "I- I didn't say my dad was a gym leader. H- he just helps out at one is all." She looked down, already feeling bad about lying.

Lucy listened at the rumbles and almost seemed to ignore what Blaze said before she spoke up. "It's true you should never assume anything... But it's better to assume the worst than to be caught with your gaurd down." She kept her hand firmly placed on the hilt of her sword and looked forward as though she was trying to see past what was ahead of them.

Brandon stopped in his tracks before a cold, murderous aura seemed to spring forth from deep within his small body. The doll he was carrying seemed to look over his shoulder and glare at Akaki. "Get up. Now. we have to keep going. I know you don't give a rattata's a** about if Trey gets hurt or not, but he is my brother-- even if I am adopted-- and I want to make sure he is safe."
