I crave a Medieval like fantasy role play! So here it is. Just thought of something at the top of my head so lets see where this goes.
You can be any race you want, theres is no limit.

History

Many years ago in our kingdom, there was a greedy king. He only cared about himself and put his needs before those of his people. He eventually threw his kingdom into a war with a neighboring kingdom over land and riches. The greedy king forced many citizens in to the army to fight and die for his selfishness. The war was going no where and caused many families mourned the loss of their own. Yet, our greedy king was determined to get what he wanted and continued to sacrifice his people. If this war wasn’t stopped then both kingdoms would be completely destroyed.
Luckily the sons and daughters of the greedy king over threw their father. They took over his kingdom and restored order. They then made a treaty with the other kingdom so that peace could become between the lands. The Sons and daughters of the king then decided that no one should take the throne alone. It can only lead to this sort of behavior and this tragedy could happen again. They each chose different cities in the kingdom to rule. If a serious matter would arise, they would come together something could affect the kingdom as a whole.
Years later, our kingdom has thrived under the leadership of those in the house holds. Although, much of the royal blood line has died out the value of the leadership has not decreased. Today only two out of the four house holds have any traces of the royal bloodline.

Plot

The head of the houses are coming together for an annual meeting. The past years this meeting has been a festive one. But this year is going to be very different. Throughout the past year there have been several assassin attempts on each of the members. The members have agreed to come together at one of the houses to discuss this serious matter.

The Houses

In the middle of the cities they have chosen, they built large houses. These grand buildings are large enough to be seen from miles away. In the house hold live the Noble (head), bodyguards, soldiers, servants and slaves. There are five house holds in all, the meeting is taking place at the House of the Guardian


The House of the Dragon
This house was the first that was established by the oldest son of the king. This house is located in the northern city, Aden. This house has very powerful fighters that have the ability to communicate and ride on dragons. This is one of the houses that still have the original royal bloodline with in it. This house has the most respect from the people in the kingdom and is often labeled as the lead house out of the four.

The House of the Phoenix
This is the second of the houses to be established by the eldest daughter of the king. It is located in the east in the city, Zepherin. The people in the house are very skilling in healing and other forms of light magic. The people in the house have always been loved for their abilities. This is the other house that has the last bit of the original royal bloodline.

The House of Cerberus
This is the third house that was established by the second son. It is located in the Southern city of, Ciarán. Those in this house are very skilled in the dark arts. This house is very privet in their matters and very little is known about it. Because of this and the power that they possess, they are often misunderstood by the public and sometimes not trusted. The blood line has long disappeared from the household.

The House of the Guardian
Last house to be established by the youngest daughter of the king. This house is found in the west. It is located in the city, Demetria. This house has recently lost the last bit of royal blood when the former head of the house could not bare any children. The fighters of the house are quick and have bonds with animals.

The noble of the House of the Guardian wandered the halls. She stopped in front of a lard painting and examined it with her large green eyes. It was a portrait of the first noble of the house, Iris. She was the youngest out of the four. Establishing this house at the age of 15. It was said that her leadership was like non other. She was kind and gentle yet firm on what she wanted.
The noble shook her head and laughed to herself. She was nothing like Iris. A sigh escaped her lips and a her large fox like ears lowered. "Well, I suppose I'm not doing horrible. I haven't gotten any complaints" She said out loud with a shrug. A smirk appeared and she walked down another hallway. It was lined with more paintings of people. Under every one was a name plate. The noble stopped at the last one. It was of a woman who was very familiar to her. It was of the woman who took her in as a daughter. The woman had long since died but the noble couldn't help but smile at the picture.
Her eyes wandered to the empty spot next to it. There was a name plate that read "Beatrix Dawnhayle" but not portrait as of yet. She has been avoiding it for a very long time. She shook her head and pushed the thought to the back of her head. "Well enough of this..They should be arriving soon." She whispered and continued to walk down the hall.
