Words and phrases regarding school and education in general.

DIFFERENT SCHOOLS
Kanji -- Romaji -- English
保育園 - hoikuen - day nursery
幼稚園 - youchien - kindergarten
小学校 - shyougakkou - primary school
中学校 - chyuugakkou - lower secondary school
高校 - koukou - secondary school
二ヶ国語学校 - nikakokugo gakkou - bilangual school
大学 - daigaku - university
工業大学 - kougyou daigaku - polytechnic
国立校 - kokuritsukou - state school
私立校 - shiritsukou - private school
寄宿舎つきの学校 - kishyukushya tsuki no gakkou - boarding school

AT SCHOOL
Kanji -- Romaji -- English
いい成績 - ii seiseki - good marks
成績を貰う - seiseki o morau - to get marks
良く勉強する - yoku benkyou suru - to study well
卒業する - sotsugyou suru - to finish school
規則を守る - kisoku o mamoru - to obey the rules
カンニングする - kanningu suru - to cheat
授業科目 - jugyou kamoku - subject
授業の課題 - jugyou no kadai - lesson topic

STUDENT'S CHARACTERISTICS ETC.

模範的な生徒 - mohanteki na seito - exemplary student
目標の高い - mokuhyou no takai - ambitious
目標が高すぎる - mokuhyou ga takas
ugiru - too ambitious
勤勉な - kinben na - hard-working
怠惰な - taida na - lazy
学歴のある - gakureki no aru - educated
将来の計画 - shourai no keikaku - plans for the future
上手である - jouzu de aru - to be good at something

Why not just use
授業 is lesson
You don't really need the whole 授業科目
Same with absent and present
You didn't write the english for 模範的な生徒

Why not write hiragana and katakana also? Not just kanji. Everyone doesn't read kanji

上手である isn't really to be good at something. It's simply skilled.

And I know about the kanji... I guess I'll use kana instead of romaji next time.
