The Teddy Army:His chainsaw summons a army of evil teddy bears to destroy the enemy.
Slave Chain:Chains come from under ground chaining up the enemy so they cant move.
Personality: Dark but has a goodside.
Bio: Grell didn't really want to be evil but he was born that way.He wonders if some one would be able to see the good inside him.

Well the enemy race is under my control, and I should have been a little more specific on powers.
I also wish to let you know that in power wise, the Tracers are the weakest of the enemies, but the more intelligent. Normally when fighting a Sailor or a Knight, the Tracers would have an extremely difficult time fighting against those specific enemies.
However the Tracers are more of the leader types because of their superior intellect. Try not to get into a fight without a Horder.
