The Rose Garden

While she was once a pale beauty of pallid skin and ebony lower back length hair, no more than five feet high, a season of waiting has changed her appearance once more. In Fall she had ebony hair to her lower back, but after slumbering from the end of Fall into the start of Winter she emerged with dark chocolate, crimson laced mid thigh length tresses. But now, after slumbering through the entirety of Spring into the beginning of Summer, her hair had grown immensely from her thighs to skimming the ground. Her tresses were now slowly edging toward a silvery white that shone brightly in the sun. Bangs fell languidly over her left eye and the edges of her hair curled gently. Her skin was still a moonlight pallour, her lips still a vivid dark red, and her blue eyes like that of a cat. She was still just a slight five feet in height, trim in shape, and wore a flowing gown of black and blue accented with silver, no shoes ever gracing her feet.

Now she sat gracefully within the gazebo, gently humming to the roses, and a slight summer breeze blew through the garden pulling her hair over the side of her face. It was a brilliant sunny afternoon and it brought a small smile to her rosey red lips as she waited for her "brother" to see that the garden door had finally been reopened.

Yuki was finally within the hedges gracefully striding to the gazebo where he heard a beautiful hummed tune. The scent of roses floated on the summer breeze and was stronger than ever. Yuki knew that this lone prescence in the abandoned hotel was his beloved sister. He strided up to the gazebo and leaned on the gazebo and watched his dear sister care for her prized possessions. Finally he let out his gentle voice free and grace from his lips to her ear.

"Hello Dear sister."

As the seasons and the fae child had changed with time so had Yuki. He walk down the hall of painting feeling drawn into the garden and walking out into the fresh summer air. Yuki was finally within the hedges gracefully striding to the gazebo where he heard a beautiful hummed tune. The scent of roses floated on the summer breeze and was stronger than ever. Yuki knew that this lone prescence in the abandoned hotel was his beloved sister. He strided up to the gazebo and leaned on the gazebo and watched his dear sister care for her prized possessions. Finally he let out his gentle voice free and grace from his lips to her ear.

"Hello Dear sister."

Upon hearing the graciously gentile voice of her brother call out a greeting, she raised her gaze from the precious roses to his glowing face that appeared at the entrance of the gazebo and smiled sweetly. "Brother."
Though she'd said but a single utterance her soft voice was filled with happiness, excitement and a profound sense of loneliness. It had been so long, and now they had been reunited once more. Rising slowly from her seat in the gazebo she started to make her way towards him, almost gliding on the wooden slats of the floor, until she reached the space infront of him. Looking up into his vivid eyes her smile widened and she took another step forwards to enwrap him in a hug.

"It has been so long it seems. How are you brother?"

Yuki took in the scent of roses once more. and looked down at her and let out a gentle smile and let his eyes go soft. "Yes, It has been awhile. I am quite well as of late. What about you my dear sister? You have changed so much like a beautiful rose."

She squeezed him just a bit tighter and took a deep drag of his scent. Starlight scattered with roses, or so the scent seemed to her. Letting out a hum of contentment now, she pulled away slightly to look back up at his face. "I honestly have been settled upon with feelings of loneliness. Though the Roses have been wonderful company, and I would never forsake that or dismiss it, but I have missed you're company. Greatly." These words escaped her lips softly, before she registered his sweet compliment on her newest blooming. "Thank you dear brother. You have changed aswell. Like the stars that flicker in the heavens."
