RafiCat SetsunaEternal lol, I have plenty of time now xD It was pretty easy-breezy, she was really curios about everything, willing to listen to me chatter about the game mechanics, asked a lot of honestly smart questions, etc etc. Apparently a lot of her friends had started playing and they said it was a good time and a good way to make gold so she figured she'd give it a try and she said she had a lot of fun. I offered to play with her again sometime if we happened to be online at the same time too since she says she doesn't always have time to play. All in all, it was a good time both ways :3 Excellent! I'll sign in as z_spot tomorrow and send her prize, and your 10k. I was going to wait til the end, but if it's going to be so slow, I'll just send it as you get it. Now if some more people would just sign up as contestants... I relly thought the good prizes would bring them in! Oh, and how long did it take? |

Right, just do the VG quests. biggrin I will also send a pm with a link to the newbie thread and the rings thread, so she can get more info if she wants. |

Sounds like a plan :'D I'm not so good with explaining all the ring set bonuses and stats and stuff myself, I never really pay attention to it honestly. I just play xD
Yeah, new players don't really need to know all that technical stuff. I don't know much in that area myself, and i managed to play thru the game, lol
We don't want to intimidate them by making it sound horribley complex anyway. Teach 'em to shoot, level up, and mention buffs to them... that should get them started! |
