Here are a handful of ideas for starters:
Raising Cain - Alisen Arc is an ordinary college student who spends most of her time with friends and visits her family every other week. But one night while waiting for her date, she is attacked by a strange shadowy monster, and then is shortly saved by a mysterious white-haired boy who slays the monster using a ceremonial knife. After that, Alisen's life is never the same.
Pantheon - In an alternate world, people are being abducted by the all-powerful Gods at random in order to partcipate in a chess-like game called Pantheon, where people and their Icons (carved stone statues that come to life in the realm the game takes place in) are forced into strategic wars against each other, and the surviving "peices" get to return safely home. One boy whose been in a coma for three years has just heard of this, and is thrown into it without warning.
Soldier Candy - More or less a parody of Sailor Moon. Sugar Marmelade is obsessed with trying to eat healthy and get exercise so she can impress a boy she likes. But deep inside, she loves sweets more than anything else. One day, she decides to play Candyland, her favorite game when she was a child, and then all kinds of monsterous candy creatures are released from the board and escape into the real world. Then the last thing that pops out is a chocolate bunny named Hershey, who gives Sugar the Lollipop Wand, which allows her to transform into Soldier Candy, the Champion of Sweet Justice, and has to capture the monsters and put them back into the board.
Avalon (Working Title): A boy eats an apple for lunch at school, but it turns out the apple is from the fairy world, and it turns him into a fairy as a result. So he is taken to the fairy world by Eurina, a pixie who was looking for the apple. However, the apple tree has been stripped bear of its fruit due to thieves, and its guardian nymph is too weak to do much. So together, they go in search of the theives in the human world as well as dealing with the fairies who've eaten the apple seeds, which makes them more powerful and dangerous.
Inferno (Working Title): A fallen angel named Sophia has been banished to Hell for a minor crime. But instead of living out her self-torture in this nightmarish realm, she decides to fight her way out of it to get back to Heaven to set things straight. However, without her wings, it makes things difficult. So she decides to redeem the sins of the souls in Hell by traveling back through their memories in order to prevent them from committing the sin they feel guilty about.
