Everyone and almost everything have an Aura. Their always flowing, fluxuating, changing, and healing. Auras, are like (in most good, healthy casses) the shape of an egg around our bodies, extending about an aveage arms length away. However, I've read that it can extend further if the individual is spiritual, or aware of everything around them. Some, or most would not know it, but we can often damage our auras by going about our natural lives. Are Auras bump, and collide with so many others that they can develope rips, tears, and holesand you can feel this sort of draft or bareness that you cannot explain. I personally experienced this after i was finally off an airplane. Sitting next to so many people for almost a whole day, left me feeling a strange draft on my left side (where all the people sitting too). But do not worry, there are ways to repair the Aura, and to regenerate it as well. The Aura has many colours, and there wont always be a sunny happy rainbow in every Aura. No, it'll be whatever colour corrisponds to that individual and if there may be something wrong. Say some one had headaches constently, or has tension, then a dull, dingy, murcky or just a sad looking type of purple would be somewhere around the head indicating this.
The energy field is the one that is closes to your body, and its somewhat invisable, but clearly there when you know what your looking for or at.

Tabitha Twain X-Yami-no-Ko-X Where'd you get all this information from? I've watched various YT Videos, but most of it comes from a book I bought, "Llewellyn's 2013 Magical Almanac". I highly recammend this book to at least be looked over, its fantastic. I talked about it in the "good Books" Thread. *recommend
Does it have a bibliography you could post?

Thank you, and, yes and no at the same time. It olny has a list of people who contributed to the book and the article in it. The one who contributed to the Aura article was Calantirniel. I'm sorry, its not much to go on.
