Pretty torn down the middle.
Most of my work starts with pencil+paper for the structure, then moves to computer for the polish and color.
I like not having to commit to final color choices...
Plus digitally finished art just usually looks cleaner on a monitor than a traditional piece, even with a really good scanner.

I do enjoy a good 100% traditional piece now and then though.
Even some non-drawing art, B&W photography and time in the darkroom developing has grown on me.

I LOVE digital art, and even trained on it in college, but I never really felt connected to my pieces then...I tend to enjoy more when I can feel the paper under my hand, guide the pencil to etch out my idea, smell the fresh ink from the bottle. And the fact that I can draw anywhere, whether its in my room, at my kitchen table, at a coffee shop or the library kinda feels freeing rather than being stuck at a desk or having to lug around a laptop everywhere just in case inspiration hits...but that's just me.
Digital art is beautiful and crisp, but something about traditional art just gets me.

About 99% digital in Photoshop neutral
I draw at College or at home.
Paper is on the commute.

Whilst I'm learning to love the feeling of a tablet / digital art, I am a complete sucker for sketchbooks/paper.

Digital art takes a lot of the (seemingly tedious) perks of art, imo. This ranges from constantly wondering where your sharpener went to the gag-reflex enabling scent of oil paint. Plus, I'm also a sucker for feeling the used, heavy pages in a sketchbook, even if they smear onto another page.

I tend to use my tablet since it's easier to undo mistakes and color. When I'm in class however, I always doodle in my sketchbook.

I mostly draw traditionally because it's the most convenient for me lmao I never have time to do digital art anymore crying Wish I had more time to use my tablet ;-; Thanksgiving's coming up; I'm so happy aha
