Yoo, I need some tips for easy power levels.
I beat the game like ages ago, but I finally triggered the third arc.
And I need to go finish it, but I ain't high enough leveled. Where's a good place to train? I'm only lv. 130-135 right now

I am one of those grinding people..
I would just go to an area and walk around pounding on the monsters non-stop.
...I haven't beaten the game yet. :/ But all I did when I first got the game was level. Haha.

I also haven't picked up the game in some many months. I will go get it and do that right now. Because I forget the area where I was leveling all the townies that come with me. :/

Duude, how? I can't just fight monsters all day it bores me to death ; N ;
I ended up beating rune prana anyways, just caught some high leveled monsters from Sharance Maze (which took over 9000 years like cmon)
and pounded my way through like a boss. I also just got married. Like 20 minutes ago or something. Maybe almost an hour. I'm dead, I've never been so happy that a video game character proposed to me.

XD! This made me so happy to read. No, you are totally okay to feel that way after a game chara proposes. x3 I am jealous. I try and befriend everyone in the Harvest Moon games... and now in Rune Factory... and tend to get lost in a sea of friendzones. Psh! I have never once been married even though I have spent like 500 hours in all the games... haha.
I dunno, I wish I understood why I just grind and not get bored. It's a... skill? Maybe? Who did you marry? I am super curious!

I married Doug. He's my baby. <3 (Vishnal and Arthur proposed first but I had my eyes set on Doug the whole time wink )
Also voiced by Yuri Lowenthal? He has the voice of a god, holy shiiiiiet.
also yeah, it is a skill, I get suuuuuper lazy.
I got married on Fall 1st, and Doug's birthday is... the.. 6th. yeah. no. I remembered. I totally didnt just wiki that real quick.
I get married in all of them or I don't feel complete!
Like in Tales of Two Towns I married Cam.. etc etc I could go on forever.
In RF2 I wanted to marry Jake, the elf, so baaaad but we could only be a guy. I wanted to marry Dorothy, but my sister insisted we married Mana and I agreed. Regretted it though, she was boring.

I don't know whether or not you're still looking to pick up levels or not, but a dirty trick that gets you out of fighting monsters (in the traditional sense, at least) involves Object X. Go craft a ton of them by going in without a recipe and use the least useful item you can (so long as it won't yield anything) and you'll wind up with that many. Throw them at an enemy and it will bestow all status effects including sleep, so it takes all of your stats out of the equation. You can then either take advantage of their state or just wait until the poison does its work. Of course Sharance Maze is the place to go for this.
I'm sure that I'm not the first to exploit this, but when it occurred to me to try, I found it pretty effective.
Well done befriending monsters there. I haven't had much luck with those that high level. Is there a trick to it, or do you just have a high skill level?

No trick. I bought like, 90 pieces of grass from Arthur/Jones and just kept on trying to give them grass. Took forever, but I did it. Tip: Befriend a mage. So overpowered. Soooo helpful.
The Object X theory sounds helpful too, this is the first time I've seen someone talk about it, so I'll try it. I'm not so sure I need the levels but I might as well get them. It'll help my medicine crafting in any case ;o

Thanks for the tips.
Object X should work on almost everything except the bosses. You may not want to take any monsters with you, just so they don't attack the now-sleeping enemies and wake them.
Also, do you happen to know if your character get less experience points for having monsters of townsfolk along?

hmm
I think you get the same amount of experience when you're with a monster and when you're with townsfolk but I'm not sure, I never really traveled with my monsters until I caught the high-leveled ones
but if you do notice a difference, i think there's something called a star charm or something where it increases the amount of exp you gain

Yeah, that is my default equipment, in fact. I only switch out if I need the elemental boost. Honestly though, I have no idea, either.
