The Experiment [open/accepting]

Vondel nodded to Hikaru and eased up out of a hole. No hunters were around as of late. They must still be scouring the river bed. Vondel kept to the trees and the shadows, making it to the wall. The forest was filling with traps but They carefully disarmed them. Vondel wasnt at all suprised at how well the wall was guarded nor at how well it was kept. There was no way of getting over it that way.

Hikaru had remained by Vondels side, not making a single sound as she followed along, keeping low and keeping silent, her paws so soft on the ground that if you couldn't see her body she was nothing more then a shadow, and that's exactly how she remaind, in Vondel's shadow as they scouted around, her ears perked as she looked this way and that, watching, listening, and scenting for anything and everything, she had scented several animals as they moved along, though didn't bother to look into them, she knew what they were and that they would be of now harm to them as they went. When they reached the wall, she looked around, she could see how well it was gaurded, but instead of looking up as vondel did, she looked down, for any holes in the ground, or any soft patchs of earth, she nearly growled when she didn't see any, though she kept it in, there were more walls they could investigate.

Vondel shared Hikaru's frustration. There was almost no way out on this side of the wall. For a while he passed back and forth along the southern wall, then moved to the eastern. He wouldn't go near the western or Northern enterences. After a while he growled himself and stalked off to one of the many holes to his now 'home'. They were stuck for the time being.

Hikaru had been following Vondel around, her tail swishing back and forth angerly, it wasn't so much that there appeared to be no opening, it was more so that they couldn't find it, even though she knew that there was one. She let out a sigh as they went back to the tunnels, trotting right by Vondels side as they went.

Vondel crawled through the underground maze but slowed down suddenly. He was counting to himself as he riffled through his shirt to provide a small bomb. Vondel looked at Hikaru with amusment dancing in his eyes. "Rissa will be pissed but lets make some noise shall we. Might draw them out a little." Vondel had been counting how many turns they had taken and was pretty sure they were under one of the outposts that the military here had. His small bomb wouldn't do much but colapse the building but it was worth a try. He placed the bomb and made sure they were well away. They even made it to the house. Vondel walked in and smiled at Rissa. "Please dont be too mad with me..." As he said this the detinator flashed into his hand and he pressed fermly onto the switch. The explosion was shocking as it rocked some of the earth away. But Vondel was pretty sure only that one was destroyed.

Hikaru had felt uneasy about having a bomb go off but she made no objections as Vondel set it up as they continued on their way to the house, she didn't want to spoil his fun. She shook her head "Don't look to me either Rissa, it was all his idear" she commented but smiled "You have to admit it was a nice bomb, small but good" She chuckled a bit in amusement "i just hope the tunnel will be ok and what not" she murmered as she found a place to curl up into a ball so she could watch everybody, her eyes glowing in amusement.

The ding of the elevator as it reached the selected floor caught her attention and brought her back into reality. Shifting her weight she waited for the doors to open, anxious to get out of the small room. The men that were standing with her smelt of sweat and smoke and she couldn’t stand it anymore. The doors slid slowly open and she couldn’t help but wish they would move faster. The 38 floor wait wasn’t enough it seemed. The man to her left stepped out and shuttered slightly, as if a cold blast had went down that back of his ugly gray shirt, and then silently he motioned to her to follow stepping to the side to allow her access. She couldn’t see a thing but as she stepped out a set of lights lit around them giving them all a five foot radius of visible of light. Everything around them was metal, giving off their reflections. She couldn’t help but stop and look at her deep red eyes, watching them slit as she hissed in pleasure. She was in a completely leather hunting outfit consisting of thin skin tight pants, knee high boots with a retractable blade at the toe and complete with laces and leather straps, and a black sleeveless low cut top that framed her body. Her belt was a thin leather whip that must have wrapped around her at least nine times. One of the men gave a muffled cough to catch her attention and she turned to follow. This was a job briefing and she could see how much these men doubted her in their eyes and quickly stocked past the one leading. She did not let them pass and only stopped when she came to a metal door where two other guards stood. “They will see you in a moment, miss….” The man before her looked nervous as he tried to address her with no idea of her name. “Rikaru.” She replied not really caring much about what they thought of her now. The thick door opened just as she was about to turn and attempt to dismiss the others and a deep voice shook her from inside. “They will see you now, Rikaru, please come in.” Regaining her exposure she turned back to him and walked through the door. The room like the one before was dark but as she entered, lights all flashed on pointing down to a chair. She walked over to it and sat down, sitting up strait and also slightly relaxed. She could see nothing blinded by the bright lights but would not allow them to see her show that it bothered her. They made the briefing quick telling her that they needed her to hunt down some run away experiments and a hunter like herself who changed sides. She was not a loud to kill them, which angered her but a job was a job and she would do as she was told.

Sendo watched Kiva turn into her human form then saw her poke at the bandage that was on her. "There is a water entrance, oh, thats cool, is there a place there that i would be able to go swimming at?" he asked getting a little excited. Sendo loved to swim a lot, it was one of his most favorite things to do during his spare time. He always tried to get a faster time when he raced himself as he swam, he also trained himself to hold his breath under water when he swam, but it was harder than he thought it would be. "Oh I have another question, how long does your underground city go for?" he tilted his head woundering how far he could go.

she continued to poke at the badages for a second befor she looked to sendo and tilted her head to the side and nodded "if you want i can take you anytime" she murmered "or till you learn the tunnels yourself that is...." she replied to him, at his next question she just shrugged "i have no idea how long they go for, alls i know is theirs many tunnels that lead all over and you can easily get lost" she shrugged again then looked up as she herd the other two come in, she rolled her eyes "and i thought i only had one bomb addict hear" she sighed but wasnt mad as she sat down feeling the thick rumbling of the bomb befor shaking her head "two bomb addicts, what are the odds" she asked herself with a slight smile

She rolled over, getting a bit restless, she never did enjoy staying cooped up, even if it meant safety. "Gah, so bored.." She murmered to herself under her breath before she got up once more "I'm gonna go scout around, see if I can find anything" she said, she didn't know what she would be looking for but she had too much energy to just sit around in the house, and she knew to the other lycans it probably showed, she got up and stretched before she strode to the door "don't miss me now" she said as she trotted out the door, she was getting used to the tunnels and the pathways that they held, she turned this way then that and found her way to the same exit as she had just came through. She wriggles out and made sure to cover the exit back up so that a hunter wouldn't be able to find it. She looked arond, remembering the spot well as she covered her tracks with her tail as she began to move toward some of the wallz, if only to double check everything, her movements swift and silent as she went.

Rikaru was handed folders on her way out the door and sighed. They were going to escort her quickly to transport and then send her on her way to the last location they were reported being seen. Glancing through the folders she quickly picked up on names and different traits to tell them apart. Her main target was Kiva, that one she hoped would put up a fight. Vondel was no threat he didn't like fighting and with that she could pull him easily into a trap or atleast she hoped to. The trip was quick and she now stood at the border of a dense forest. She could hear water flowing a little ways away and started towards it. Most would choose to live near a area with useable water and most likely would keep it very close to their camp. The river was rumored to go on for a great distance but that didn't stop her. She had a warmer black cloak wrapped around her concealing her weapons and outfit. If she saw the one they called Vondel it was known that if she acted wounded lost or hurt he would help her. All she would have to do is find the base. Silently she tracked the river and soon found it the rushing water slammed against the rocks at this part but further down the way it looked calmer. She started on her way picking up a random stick to use incase of immediate danger.

Hikaru continued to silently look around, checking each and every wall very carefully, she came up with the same results, though she thought she found one very small patch of ground that seemed like it would be a good digging sight she was cut off from exploring it further when some gaurds came around and had nearly found her, she was thankful she was in the shadows and that hunters sense of smell was duller then her own. She had scurried away and found herself heading toward the river, she was tempted to go take a drink but also felt that if she were to do so, she would expose herself too much. She first rolled around in the snow to coat her fur thouroughly before she slowly slid out toward the river, making sure to keep on full alert before she took a drink.

She hadn't been informed of the snow and hated the cold stuff completely but her ride was gone so she toughed it out. Useing the stick to walk with she saw a small bit of movement in the distance but couldnt see anything. She ran to a tree and smiled. She needed to relax a bit. She crept past where she saw the movement and climbed a tree just north of it. Her cloak kept her hidden in it bare branches and she slowly reached for her waist gripping one of the guns she had been given. 'Here girl.' she thought smiling to herself. She could wait all day but there would be something to give it away.

Hikaru's ears had perked as she heard the crunching of snow and the sound of somebody climbing a tree, even though both sounds were very faint she could still hear them, her head had popped up and she looked around, she knew that she wouldn't be able to see what ever it was anymore, but she took a deep sniff in, she couldn't catch the scent as of yet but she knew there was something close, her ears perked and her eyes alert as she darted into the underbrush as she ran for the wall, knowing there was more cover there, she did her best to stick to the shadows and remain silent as she went.

Rikaru saw something move and followed it sighing as she lost her shot. Jumpping down and landing gently in the snow she took off after it. There was alot of wildlife but it wouldnt stop her. She saw a small bit of snow fall and smirked. "Got you." She whispered. Holstering her gun she wrapped her cloak around her. The smile didnt go away until she started calling out. "Hello is anyone out here, I need help please." To influence the image she started limping and focused on making it look as painful as possible. "Please someone I need help. Is anyone out there." She shuttered in the cold and debated crying but it wasnt actually true pain she was feeling. The landing had hurt her slightly but that is because she didnt know there was water under the snow that had frozen slightly. "please..... someone.." She was a bit quieter but stiffled a sob. "Please."
