DAMN! Akima couldn't help but be surprised, at the speed he was going most beings in gaia would simply not be able to keep track of him, much less react in time at such a close range. It seemed he would have to keep pushing the envelope to see how far this would go...
Instantly as his words emit from his mouth AKima tosses the kunai in his left hand into the air above them, all the while crouching down to Tarik's level as his hands then turn into a visual blur of motion. ...aight, let's see you dodge this... Second right after he says this three more Akimas appear surrounding Tarik, one to each side and one more behind him. Immediately after they all jump back about five feet and at the same time display another blur of hand signs, only this time the final hand sign would be tiger seal made over each of their mouths. KATON! Ryuuka no Jutsu!
As Akima breathed in and then let out his chakra, he created four identical 5'wx7'l streams of fire, each centrally aimed slightly a foot to the left of Tarik. Seeing as they all jumped five feet back the would all be unharmed, but in a 6' diameter around Tarik everything would be engulfed. The four streams of fire exploded onto Tarik from all four directions, if he didn't react in what took Akima about two seconds he would once again be susceptible to second degree burns.

((JAJA, diablo te guillas axelito...))
This man called Tarik was indeed full of surprises, but Akima knew he had to have some sort of heightened sense to perceive who was who and where they were, I mean he's wearing a blindfold for Pete's sake. Keeping this in mind, Akima was no dummy, which is why he created kage shadow clones, to make it even harder for Tarik to track him... but he had yet another trick up his sleeve, or should i say in the air.
HENGE!
As Tarik stabs away at what he believes to be the "real" Akima's torrent of fire, yet another Akima appears out of a puff a smoke in the middle of the air. Right where the tossed kunai would be, Akima came down at Tarik like a meteor with a charged electric right hand.
Seeing as Tarik was so focused on stabing away at a very fiery and loud fire torrent, the fact that this "new" Akima would be percieved coming in for the kill would be very slim. But to Tarik's advantage he manages to stab the clone in time to stop the fire from administrating third degree burns, which in turn causes all the three other previous clones to vanish in the same loud puff of smoke and all the fire streams to stop. But it might have been to late, because as Tarik victoriously stands accomplished the other Akima is sweeping in from behind in a crouched position. With his right electric hand only protruding the index and the middle finger, Akima stabs Tarik right in his a*****e, instantly sending waves of electricity into Tarik's a**s and up his spinal column. Making sure that he would either loose consciousness or become paralyzed in the process, and perhaps fly off about ten feet(like they do back at Konoha).
DENDOU SENNEN GOROSHI!
((... sorry man, too easy))

What the HELL WAS THAT AKIMA?!
OH s**t!
The clone realized what he had done a little too late, no matter how many times he would deny it, AKima loved fighting. Akima was the kind of fighter that get's real involved in a fight and realizes how far he might have gone slightly afterward. Seeing Tarik's body flies through the air headfirst into the riverbank, he quickly ran after him and jumped about three seconds after him and grabbed onto a rope that was conveniently thrown from under the bridge.
Clumsy, it's what he was known for, and taking it a bit to far... that was definitely clumsy. As Tarik flew into the river below the bridge he might have caught a glimpse of another Akima crouching in the support beams, quickly letting loose some very thick rope.
About three seconds after Tarik hit the water he would hear another splash not far from him, and if he could look he would see the same Akima that had pierced him now swimming towards him. Reaching him, AKima grabs hold of him and ties him up in a manner that his wrists are tied to it as well, after which he signals the other Akima under the bridge to pull him up. Slowly, because as strong as Akima might be, the current adds a significant amount of pounds to Tarik's weight, he pulls him up under the bridge... now soaking wet and slightly under-dressed for the occasion.

((he would fall face down on the support beams that are under the bridge, i never moved away from that spot and neither did you, keep all things accounted for man *hint: if you've been away from the rp for a while and can't really remember whats been going on, read back like five posts, that should catch you up and refresh your memory))
The Akima he was speaking to quickly grabs hold of him, before he falls down into the river again, and they disappear in a flash of light that engulfs them both. A second later, near the far end of the bridge, a portal of light appears and out walks Akima with Tarik's limp body hanging from his right shoulder. As the portal of light dissipates into reality, the real Akima comes out of the bushes near the tree where the sheath was tossed.
I got him... Is he still alive? Why does everyone ask me that- ... you know what?, yes, he is indeed... Good, bring him in. Copy, Light-nin heading home.
To be continued...
