Ginmizu Falls is a waterfall that forms a crescent moon shape at it's decent. The falls are famous for their silvery reflective appearance when descending. During the afternoon, the water striking the falls creates a shining pool of water at the bottom from the reflection. While relatively close to the road, this area is inhabited by a plethora of wildlife as it is not well known.

After several days of travel, Takumi and the female companion Kagami would have arrived at the base of a large, half circle shaped waterfall. He was still processing the information she had shared with him on the boat down OOC because Takumi was too impatient and body flickered from the location of his last post before hand.Their war ship would be docked some distance down the river. The two had walked the length of the river in order to get a feel for the area. Takumi had avoided the main road, hoping to remain less conspicuous. Looking at the waterfall, Takumi would motion for Kagami. " This will do. We can find a place to secure ourselves near that fall. I'd wager that we've got a cave system nearby."

__ Kagami arrived in the Land of Floods. She looked at the beautiful waterfall and the wildlife abound. "Untouched paradise." She assumed this must be the case even among a land torn apart by war and empire. She stepped off of the ship and followed Takumi as he gave instructions. "Hope this goes better than the last trip to Uzushiogakure." The young woman said sarcastically as she walked past the waterfall and found a cave system within a few feet. "How convenient." She thought as she walked with Takumi and entered the cave.

Takumi would stare in an unamused manner at Kagami, casually finding the cave system he had predicted. It wasn't clear if she was just that perceptive....or if he had been so spot on in his premonition of this cave system. Her sarcastic comment would get an almost cynical snicker from Takumi as he responded. "As do I. "

The two walked into the cavern. The ambient sound of water crashing outside would muffle any noise heard. It's long, winding, tall passageways made it easy to conceal ones self within. " This will do nicely. " He would look around. I can have the men that we left on the ship set up our personal effects. "

Takumi would then lead Kagami back to the ship. Then, the two would be able to direct the henchmen to where their belongings went. Within the hour they would have assembled a rather hasty area. A base of operations concealed within the waterfall.

__ When Kagami found the cavern that would serve as their base of operations they returned to the ship and she directed the men to move all of her heavy furniture into the cave system. The crewmen strained as they did so and Kagami enjoyed watching her servants suffer. She sat down on a comfortable lounge chair as the men carried it into the cave. When they set her down she would wait in the cave for Takumi to catch up with her and give her further instructions. "I don't even have to lift a finger." She thought as she leaned her head back in luxury. Kagami allowed the sound of the waterfall to soothe her.

Several hours after the moving had been done, the henchmen had set up their surroundings. The cave was now littered with supplies at each wall. The supplies would include food to last at least a month, rope, building supplies, weaponry for each of the twenty henchmen that had been brought along.

In the center of the room, a long oak table was placed. On this table a map was pinned down that showed an overview of the land of floods. Takumi would stand over this map, directing Kagami to it. With this they would be able to coordinate their efforts.

" We'll need to scout ahead to the road. The Daimyo most likely would send scouts ahead. We have a week or so before the envoy arrives. Surely there are guards and scouts posted. We need to find out anything we can."

__ Kagami nodded to Takumi's plan and she had to admit that it was a decent one that she would have no problem going along with. As usual, she never asked her input which annoyed the controlling woman. She was forced to play along as usual though until she could get even stronger and use her power as leverage. "Let's do it." She responded before leaving the cave and walking towards the road.

He arrived at the Ginmizu falls. They were... something else, matched only by Lake Caldera in sheer beauty. Though, unlike Lake Caldera, he felt more in his element -- wood, earth and water surrounded him on all sides, forming handsome landscapes and beauty that touched the skies. They were not marred by the presence of fire nearby -- nor the bustle of too many souls wandering too many streets.

He felt good here. And finally, right now, he would stop running. He would land... right here. This was his beginning, within his second world -- and now, with full freedom, he would evolve.

              . . .

But first, there was something he needed. Ginmizu sat at the edge of a road -- to the east, past the road, there was a small hospice on the edge of a creek that overlooked a farmer's village. There was something he needed from that place -- the documents that defined one of their patients, recently departed. Someone near his age, his description. He would need to acquire new legal documentation now that he lived on the outskirts of the Flood Country, at least for the time being . . . and in truth, forging that fake identity was of necessary importance even later down the line.

He could fall back to it. He could rely on it. He did not need to be Shinsei Sanada always, particularly not when the eyes of inquisitors loomed upon him, and the wooden house he'd built so rapidly with his Mokuton met with the stone floor.

The shinobi wandered eastward, to the hospital, only to discover an opportunity upon some hours of investigation. The shinobi was disguised by the Mokuton Henge, appearing as an older man with a beard running across his jawline, and a smooth and friendly face with brown locks streaming down to the base of his neck.

"Hello," one of the nurses chimed in, as she met with him sitting quietly in the lobby, awaiting treatment with a soft and unassuming smile lit upon his lips.

"Hey," Shinsei responded. "How are you doing?" A formality.

"I'm well. Did you need to be seen today? If so, what did you need? The doctor has some time after he's done seeing Mrs. Kanzata, and I can --"

"No, that's alright," he responded back, waving his hands, dismissing her concerns. "I'm here because my mother came here two months ago. A woman you may have seen, may have treated; I'm not sure. She... died during her treatment, due to shock and pain. And I was wondering... why that was. Right now, I come with a certification, authorized by the governmental structure of the Land of Floods. I'm here to investigate the safety and procedures of this hospital," he stated with full nonchalance. Casually.

The woman bit her lower lip, in what immediately appeared to be... surprise. She was newer, and that was evident in her body language, and the way she trembled between each action in the sequence. She was uncertain.

"I -- I need to speak with the doctor," she said, before wandering off, awkwardly. She and the other nurse, the only occupants of the lobby, went off to speak together in a private cubicle at the edge of the room. Shinsei had one of his wood clones wander off into their reserves, observing their stock. The fact that the woman did not relent or give way to his accusation that his mother died in response to 'shock and pain' immediately told him what he needed to know: they were short on anaesthetics. Otherwise, she would have denied the claim, particularly as this was a local treatment center -- and with far less corporate bureaucracy to obscure the employee's contentions and disagreements.

As he waded through the reserves, he saw that - in fact - they had none left. And so, that offered him his opportunity, the clone being dispelled with a gesture as he leaned into the edge of the chair. The doctor stepped through the door of his office, and approached Shinsei's transformed visage, sitting casually upon his chair.

"I am Doctor Takedo, the practicing physician at this hospital. From what I understand, you're here to inquire upon the quality of our treatments?" he asked. Shinsei nodded.

"Well, not precisely, but yes," he said. "I wanted to know the quality and stock of your anaesthetics. My mother died due to a lack of them, just recently. As an employee of the Board," he said vaguely, not knowing the full name of the governmental institution, "I filed a complaint with the bureau. Now, they are sending me personally to ensure that you are stocked on what you need. Failure to comply will lead to martial action."

The doctor bit his lower lip, and scowled.

"Fine," he responded. "Observe what you want. Fill the stock with what you want. Consider that your subsidy to the hospital," he said, clearly irritated. Shinsei merely shook his head, keeping up the facade. Of course, the government would say no. That was what they did. They were greedy, and generally unhelpful.

The hospital would pay for it all, or so the doctor thought. Shinsei waded through the stock, and the files, and sealed documentation of a recently deceased patient with similar likeness to himself away into a scroll. Then, pulling false toxins he'd been slowly developing as a self-defense mechanism from his stock, he built up the reserves of the hospital and filled them with his own formula. The patients, and doctors themselves, would be placed in a state of paralysis for several days and would have faltering cognitive abilities for some time . . . particularly around recognition. They would not recall his voice, appearance or mannerisms. Even though he was a clone, it was an additional layer of protection. He did not desire that he be stalked throughout the country already.

Then, as he seemed to fulfill his task set out for him by the 'bureau', he left the office with no great expression acquired upon his face, nor lips displaying any joy or sadness or anything at all. He had gotten what he wanted, and as his first true act of amoral mischief, they had been punished for . . . merely existing in a way that conflicted with his immediate interests. That, and they seemed to have actually gotten patients killed with negligence, so there was little guilt in Shinsei's conscience.

What came next was settling in. Ginmizu falls was a reclusive, and fairly uninhabited area, but he had already heard tale of a corporate venture moving into the region to build apartments and other residential projects on the fairly desirable land. Like all attractive real estate, it was ripe for profit, and so people had already begun to move in. While Shinsei had developed a home built from the structures of wood and earth surrounding it, he had been advised via pigeon messenger that the land on which he settled had already been claimed -- even informally.

In order to avoid 'direct consequences' for his actions, he had been advised to serve the interests of the one who had sought to expand his influence in the region. The man noted his talents for building and constructing at exceptional speeds, and sought them for his own uses. He viewed Shinsei's presence as a potential gold mine for growth and expansion; he could create, though a ghost, a whole settlement within its confines. The man could then sell these properties at a high value to those seeking to hold secondary or vacation homes in the area.

Shinsei was, of course, promised a cut of the profits -- and the majority of his payment upfront. He was tasked with building genuine real estate in exchange for money, and in truth he had it within his skillset to create a large amount of properties in a very short period of time. The shinobi met with the man, Souta Kawazaki, a young business-minded individual not much older than himself. He was attractive, athletic and he held a genius smile, with old wealth passed down unto him to boot.

He had all the traits necessary for success -- he even dressed well. Shinsei, on the other hand, approached him wearing the strange straps and bits of mail and shoulder-armor, only partly covering his mostly bare chest as his midsection was covered in black bandages. They were fire and water - one was formal, engaging with proper etiquette. Articulate, wordy and proud. The other was a scared, uncertain animal, still adapting to the shift he had willfully aligned himself with.

The power dynamic was clear. But that was alright; it didn't, really, bother him. He was okay with being the inferior -- the week one. There was little that pulled him to the edge of genuine worry, and at the end of the day, he held something that mattered - at least in the moment - even more than institutional power, or wealth, or influence. He had the ability to rend the life away from the other man who crossed him; who made him his underling.

If, at any point in time, he felt unsafe... then reckoning would come. And that was only fair, on both ends.

The interesting part of this mission was designing the homes. Souta was particular about the aesthetic that he desired -- large, temple-styled roofs, with physically wide entryways. He wanted a clean, white-colored exterior and large circular windows peering outward from the edge of each room. The floors would be traditional in appearance; wood with a room for worship, bearing tatami floors.

All-in-all, the homes would be built very uniform. They would have three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room inter-connected to a kitchen, and a small room for worship on the corner of the building's premier floor. Each home would be two stories, and the first would sit upon the top of the falls, overlooking the gorge that laid below. It was surprising enough to say, but . . . Shinsei found himself attracted to the idea of using his Mokuton to design homes, as odd as that was.

He felt useful. Incredibly so. This construction project would have taken years with ordinary men, but with his conception alone, he could populate fully designed exteriors - and interiors - from the floor, in seconds alike. Souta called him his 'main business partner', his 'pride', even his co-'designer'. Shinsei populated his first home, central to the falls, near the end of the cliffside but surrounded with enough room to make for a yard and cobbled roads leading between the other buildings. [Advanced Training: Performance Complete]

Shinsei found himself pleasantly surprised by the company of the other man, Souta, as they waded through the building and explored what he'd created. It was... nice. Even if it hadn't been, a ninja always had an 'undo' button on hand. The other man was impressed, and valued the home at many thousands of Ryo, though he stated that within the enclosure . . . this home would be his. Those words made Shinsei's heart swell up with some odd, profound joy.

And then he remembered that he liked to act like a robot. Liked to pretend that he wasn't even really that human. And so, the compliment faded from the pale color of his expression, and he turned his face aside.

"I'll take the house beside it."

He found himself surprised, saying that. It almost sounded romantic -- perhaps it was. Perhaps all of this separation, and distinguishment from the remainder of society, had driven him to desperation.

              He didn't know.

"Mokuton: Renchūka no Jutsu," he called out, as he pressed his bare foot against the grass laying atop the soil. It was the Serial Piller Houses technique. As the name depicted, several buildings sprouted from the ground, welcoming the two men as they rose above with a similar look to the one Shinsei had only just previously created. He focused his chakra intently as he shut his eyes and concentrated, building his thought process from something to nothing as he populated each home with belongings.

Wooden counter-tops, chairs, tables, cabinets and constructs and useful items alike. He was astounded by how much he could do, and how quickly he could do it all. His mind ran a million miles a minute -- so many different qualities and traits, and colors. He couldn't have it all mahogany, or all brown. Certainly not all umber. That was not yet in fashion, and would likely not be for a few lifetimes. [Advanced Training: Performance Complete]

Perhaps when he made his own village, or town, or city. But not until then.

The man applauded him, and stared with wonder. He had thought that, at least, they would need to create each home individually... even if that only took minutes to an hour for one. But within the span of moments, he had created enough homes for dozens of individuals. Perhaps even more. And there was still energy to expend, and time to spare.

Souta was astounded - he was practically out of breath, as if he had never met a shinobi before. Not one like Shinsei, at least. He offered him all of the belongings he could possibly desire -- so many things. In some ways, he'd almost noted the man to appear enthralled. And then he realized that, somewhere along the line, the balance of power had shifted.

In his almost God-like ability came God-like reverence; from another man to him, even though the other was far more accomplished and experienced than himself.

Shinsei was enamored by this feeling. And, through the dynamics of power that presented themselves, he realized that he was truly the one who could have all that he desired. This town - this land - was now his to claim, and in an instant he could develop or eradicate the objects that had brought Souta such incredible suspense. He was the master now.

But his thoughts were not truly so sinister. They... had a great deal of goodness to them. Somewhere, along the horizon. Within the tide. That, he knew.

"Souta," the Senju finally spoke. "Will this really be enough? Isn't there... more left? Security, agriculture, places to shop and to grow. And learn. Somewhere to put their children. Is this -- does this really end all of your hard work? Does this absolve you of your path?"

The man looked down, and sighed.

"No," he said. "But it makes it... so much easier. For all my pride, and my bluster, I was so worried that I wouldn't be able to do it. That I wouldn't be able to finance it all; that it would end up my biggest project, and my biggest failure. But now... I can't even describe the weight lifted from my shoulders. You've saved me years, and so much of my wealth. I can't--"

              "Repay me?" Shinsei interrupted him.

"Yes," the man responded, a light laugh escaping his lips.

"You can," he spoke back. "You can provide me a home, here, if - and when - it ever develops. I can stay, and you and I can be good friends. I have so few here, now that I've come up north. It's really a tragic thing," he whispered, solemnly.

And so the man nodded, and stepped forward, taking one hand into the other. Intimacy was what he offered -- and he knew that he would. That was clear from the moment one smile met one pair of eyes; the subtle limbo that they played with one another was all too natural of the ravenous nature of humans.

"Souta," he began. "Perhaps our homes can become a home," he said, with foolish, youthful bliss. The other man appeared to be taken by the idea -- but the poor, young shinobi, idealistic . . . did not know where such thoughts so often led. And so he continued, and perhaps even did so for something different than money.

He was caught in a trance. So long had he been set in the margins of Uzushiogakure, uncertain of his life, unwanting to develop or change. Now, he was gone, and the breath of fresh air now became a breath of the wilderness -- he wanted to do everything, see everything, feel every emotion and sensation.

He was taken away by it all.

But for now, as he was being paid to do so, he needed to build homes. And so he would.

People actually started to buy. There were individuals moving into the village from beyond the pale -- places he had never heard of before. They sought refuge in a new home away from home, isolated and adrift from the remainder of society. Somewhere that would be brushed over in many of the wars, and if not, it was at least easily defensible. Others had heard stories of a great Senju moving into the area, and even building the homes out of 'altruism'. Shinsei could not attest to these stories, but he had been guided to continue them.

He now began to build more and more, in service to Souta, who paid him well and kept him fulfilled with his often simple compliments. A wide, flat-roofed structure in the corner against one of the mountains that made the valley. This was to be the hospital. A nursery for the children, with several facets; one central area connected to another building by a tunnel-like corridor. And then, of course, the library. His favorite creation. It was a building of sprawling wood with hundreds of shelves for hundreds of books. It stood tall, and imposing over much of the rest of the homes, a structure with no equal.

Every amenity provided by every village, they needed to address. The value of the homes would increase, as would the quality of the company. Not just wealthy refugees, but truly profound families, many of them community-minded individuals. He began to feel like the patriarch of a community, which was both an honor and a blessing.

Though he left the village in a haze and flurry, he did not feel morally 'bad'. He did what made him feel good, and becoming widely respected made him feel good indeed. As his reputation grew, so too did he. One became the consequence of another, and before he knew it, he had outgrown his britches. Shinsei felt himself expanding. He knew that his skill, perhaps because of all of the many complex structures he was building through his internal network, had begun to grow.

He felt a born power in his blood. Like he was meant for this.

And then, Souta assigned him yet another task: to create structures surrounding the village for defense. Walls, even, though not quite so high. He understood why -- particularly in these daring times, and though the beauty was pleasant, too many of the villagers felt exposed. They would not, however, built a wall covering the edge of the cliff that overlooked the gorge.

That part was off-limits, not only because it was essentially inaccessible. Shinsei began to construct the walls around the village as his employer desired, showing his value to his peers as they observed his masterful creations. Pikes and stakes loomed in the grounds, and before long, they became full assemblies of tower-like walls overlooking the corners and edges of the village, secure with a thick chakra-embedded structure.

He began to realize that to normal people, shinobi truly were gods. It was... insane to think. And only recently, he had been one of these... normal people. Wasn't that peculiar?

"Souta, I don't think there's any more need for building," he said, calmly and bluntly. The other man stared at him, eyeing him up and down, with a strangely fixated expression. Like... he didn't understand what he had just said.

Only a few people had come in, and in truth, the upper portion of the valley had already met maximum capacity -- at least in regards to building a properly spaced out, family-focused compound. But Souta did not seem to get it, and so he shook his head and laughed.

"There will be need. Trust me," he said, dismissively. The Senju was immediately frustrated, his brows squinting as he brought his head back slightly, eyeing the man with a disconcerting... stare-glare.

"Whatever you say, Souta," he said. The other man nearly continued to smile, as the two of them -- rather estranged -- parted ways as Ryo exchanged hands, in a way that made the Senju feel very uncomfortable.

Now, he needed to focus on self-betterment. There would come a time where other shinobi -- like Chie -- came after him, and Shinsei knew that he needed to be prepared for that. Even the developed structure of the town around him could not fully conceal his own presence; and in fact, a lone Senju crafting such life around him was likely to cause suspicion and doubt in others who heard any word of the Ginmizu structure they had begun to develop.

Right now, he focused, maintaining his chakra within a pin-point as he imagined the structure -- chakra and natural -- of the homes constructed around him. He could feel each of their shapes and forms within his body, constructed within his thoughts. He concentrated on the chakra that he had exerted, and what it had grown into. He focused on maintaining that feeling, and in order to do so, he imagined his energy holding up these structures relentlessly -- until it waned. His chakra came to shape wood around him, spinning and making motions.

And then he stopped, for a moment. [Advanced Training: Concentrate Complete]

What came next was a similar focus, his mind a diagram of thoughts as he focused his energy into the air above him, attempting to shift the water in the air to manifest. He drew out droplets and beads within the oxygen and hydrogen, and maintained this motion, as he moved the 'beacon' of his chakra outward -- forward, extended -- and then back, returning it to his body as he attempted to maintain his focus.

It was not very easy. Or easy at all. However, with more and more emphasis placed into his control and form, he realized that he had begun to properly channel his chakra through his exterior. The interior had been developed greatly by meditation, but there was still much more to learn, and that learning began now. He felt, already, off to a very good start. [Advanced Training: Concentrate Complete]

Then, he moved his mind forward, warping the water within the air around him, and maintaining that motion. It was constraining, and a burden on his mind. But he did not falter. He kept the motion sustained and focused his thoughts on the product, and even the conceptualization of it.

Shinsei had become a natural at all of this -- learning how to harness chakra, properly. Learning to move it. Learning to let it flow and move like water between surfaces. He had always compared it to such, and for good reason. Right now, he could feel the energy gravitating around him, much like that water that he sought to master as his influence. [Expert Training: Concentrate Complete]

He moved forward. He felt that, for a long time, he would not be able to go much further in the external application of chakra as he had already come to know now. But that was entirely fine. He learned and developed his grip on energy. Before he knew it, his sheer dedication had driven him to surpass many of the people that he'd developed in the presence of. He wondered, now, how he would fare against Chie. How he would do against all of these 'elites' that he'd looked up to only days ago.

It was strange to think of how quickly he had progressed. A lot of it was just a feeling. He could only wonder, then, if it was a facade or not. But as his mind was gripped by a mixture of curiosity and worry, he brought it back. To the chakra. To the water. [Expert Training: Concentrate Complete]

Next came a further touch into his kekkei genkai, his bloodline techniques. Now that he could adequately feel through his chakra, he needed to progress to the next stage of jutsu, which was -- of course -- Senpou Mokuton. He had heard of it for some time, and had always hoped to meet that stage in his shinobi development. As he focused and concentrated before, he felt within himself that he could access that branch of his jutsu, with focus and understanding.

              Meditation.

Senpou Mokuton came to those who understood what they were, and though he was young and therefore far from all-knowing, Shinsei knew much of who he was. He was corrupted, and corruptive. He was awkward, and ridiculous, but equally manipulative and charismatic. He was cynical, but still willing to see things through an idealistic lens. And he knew that he was a great Senju -- he was born to be that. He was born wrong, and imperfect, but with that one upstanding trait... his perfection in the craft of forming wood. [ExpertTraining: Performance Complete]

He felt the corruption swelling up inside of him, right now. At this very moment, as he imagined and he spoke. As the black tattoos swelled from outside of the boundaries of his eyes and his lashes, and Senpou Mokuton became clear in both his Senjutsu chakra and his striking appearance, the grass beneath his legs became blighted and wilted. They withered.

A voice sung from within him, though as of now, it was too difficult to hear. Perhaps because he tried not to listen. [Senpou Mokuton Learned]

And now, came the home stretch. All the rest that he'd ever wanted to know. He only needed to tap into that great part of himself -- and he would be able to see and feel it all. The bloodline, the thing he was meant to master. Being a Senju meant everything to him, and somehow as he went wayward with only the fundamentals touching his back, he had felt himself come to meet all of it. [Expert Training: Performance Complete]

He formed a single motion, palms meeting once again with the same dramatization, and then it all became clear . . . as a forest sprung up from beneath his feet, and he tried - not to grow it - but to restrain it, so that it did not destroy the beauty that lived around him. [Expert Training: Bolster Complete 5x] [Mokuton Hijutsu: Jukai Kōtan [ Wood Release Secret Technique: Nativity of a World of Trees ], Mokuton: Mokujin no Jutsu [ Wood Release: Wood Human Technique ], Mokuton: Hōbi no Jutsu [ Wood Style: Wood Expulsion Jutsu ], Chōjō Kebutsu [ Top Transformed Buddha ], Mokuton: Hotei no Jutsu [ Wood Style: Laughing Buddha Jutsu ], Senpō: Mokuton: Shin Sūsenju [ Sage Art: Wood Release: True Several Thousand Hands ], Mokuton: Kajukai Kōrin [ Wood Release: Advent of a World of Flowering Trees ], Virulence of the Thicket [木の毒性] Ki no Dokusei, Coercion of the Thicket [太鼓の強制] Taiko no Kyōsei Learned]

Then, the Blighted Thicket came next. He only had an inkling of what that all ascertained -- the techniques within. Shinsei gripped his chest and exhaled, feeling almost sickened -- disgusted -- by his own chakra. Then, before him, black tendrils of wood escaped from the floor, excreting seeds that laid into the grass like barbs, raking his fingers as he attempted to pluck them from the soil. Though it was only a singular glimpse, it began now. [The Blighted Thicket Customs Learned]

              . . .

I remember sorrow. All those many years trapped beneath the surface of my own guilt -- for what I could never be. Facing tides and tribunes and knowing that I would never be among my own heroes. But it was okay, for the longest time. I didn't even mind it -- in fact, I found joy among my rebels. The punks, the losers, the people that had no real skills other than their passion and creativity.

Look at me now. I lost my ability to find joy in such simplicities, and instead, I find my company in the walls of enclosures far removed.

I don't like the people in this place. They make me envious. They make me bitter. They and all of their wealth and their many, valued children. I built this enclosure from nothing, but I no longer hold the familial attachment to it that a father would.

And to think, it's only been a few days since the first people started coming.

I belong among the rebels, the free spirits, the people who sing for liberty and cry at the sorrow of others. The people who embrace their many volatile faces -- their own unnatural oddities. I have felt, and found, love for such juvenile jubilance.

A love that cannot be referenced. Or replicated.

I know fully why I left Uzushio now. It's because... I never belonged there in the first place. The structure of villages, as they are now, is crippling. What room is there for great art, or true fulfillment, or the coming of self-actualization? The misfits and I -- we want to be free.

I only regret Sumiko. And perhaps even Kya, an artistic image herself. And... Jun -- for the faintest moment, I felt I had found a lifelong friend in the making. But now, when I grow disgusted with myself or the people around me, and I feel in my repulsion the desire to leave -- then I just can.

Souta gave me another assignment, to build more structures. A collection of food stores, a mess hall for the young ones, an enclosed park near the foot of the valley. He wants me to turn this place into a town -- all on my own, with nothing but his creative vision to guide me. But my vision is my own, and it is far more creative than his.

I built those final structures. I said hello to him one last time as I did so - and then I said goodbye. Perhaps I would really, really miss him. Maybe it would have been better to experience the bliss of shallow affection, and the body of another man, before I left. But like the prostitute I've become, I took my payment for those final structures, and then... I left. No shame, no sorrow. Only a great, impending desire to move on. Perhaps, one day, he would understand.

Or maybe he wouldn't. Few ever do, and that is why I wander.

I'm a child lost to the sea. No man, and no vision, can bring me ashore.

              Exit.

Saraku Senju, once a Hidden Storm Village shinobi; is at the location of Ginmizu Falls where peace may be found. Saraku had become a Wanderer within the last year or so because of the belief of the journey outside the village. With nobody around it seems, Saraku decides to do training which the first thing he will begin is his Doton or Earth Style Jutsu training first.

Saraku Senju begins to study the technique Gou no Doro also known as Mud Moat which can turn the ground around Saraku into mud and the place he is standing is solid. This technique can slow down many shinobi since mud can be very thick substance which won't allow water walking to be done. Saraku once studied the technique, clearly is the only technique of Earth Style that interested him at the moment.

Saraku Senju moves onto his other chakra nature known as Water Style, using water chakra to perform different jutsus in that department. Saraku begins to study another technique that would allow him to draw out a water source known as Waterfall Basin Technique. Saraku Senju being aware of the water source, he works onto another jutsu known as Hidden Mist Technique; allowing him to cover the area in mist. The hidden mist technique would allow Saraku to hide his moves from the prying eyes of his opponents not guaranteed but it will have higher chances of success.

Saraku getting used to the mist like conditions which can be created by sources of water in the air, he gained Hidden Mist Vision; which otherwise to him its like his vision is normal and not blocked by any mist. Saraku then works onto another technique known as Water Shuriken, allowing him to create weapons either by launching them after they form in his hand or launching them from the water source surprising his opponent. The techniques that Saraku is learning he can easily pull tricks on his enemies in this way keeping them on their toes without a doubt.

Saraku knowing he has learned the base technique of Water Shuriken, he decides to move onto the advanced form of it which is in Chunin Rank known as Evil Windmill Water Shuriken. Saraku knowing the base technique, he focused on those principles and realizes he can fire this technique in two different ways. One requires large body of water to be used while the other doesn't which Saraku knows he will take full advantage of it so that its true power will be realized.

Saraku Senju then takes his water chakra and earth chakra together forming Wood style; first performing Wood Release Cutting Technique that allows him to create weapons out of Wood Style such as spikes among other things. Saraku then moves onto the Wood Clone Technique which grants him many purposes of use; such as Body replacement, Scouting, Gathering Information along with changing its shape. It can be even used and ingested or left on a target to create a transmission.

Saraku thinking of another defensive measure and very well possible restriction for his opponent, he studies the Wood Release Underground Roots Technique which grants him another way of restricting enemy movements. Sure, Saraku would of used something like a earth wall or a wall out of wood release however he was thinking more of the close up fighters. If he can prevent them from reaching him and him able to cast Ninjutsu, they would have a hard time fighting him.

Saraku then works on a side jutsu, one he can use to mask his presence and appearance is the Wood Release Transformation Technique. There is the non elemental version of this technique that every ninja should know however the Wood Style can make a transformation more like a costume then it is a disguise. Saraku felt very proud to be able to use Wood Release, he knows there is a certain number that can't perform Wood Release due to not having the chakra nature to do so.

Saraku then wanting to take a break from Ninjutsu training moves onto his Bukijutsu training. Saraku uses his Wood Release Cutting Technique to create a Gunbai with the three tomoe symbol on the back of it carved. Saraku thinks about before he left the village on peaceful terms, he studied about a style known as Uchiwa no Sokyaku dubbed Rejection Of The Fan.

Saraku then proceeds to do his first weapon technique known as Uchiwa no Sokyaku dubbed Rejection Of The Fan. Saraku holds his wood made Gunbai in a defensive stance as if he is seeing incoming projectiles or deflecting off a close up attack to the side having the Gunbai tilt in that motion. By the weapon technique, it requires some physical work to train into it and along with absolute focus watching out for any incoming attacks.

Saraku as he trained, he realized another thing about the fan itself and another technique connected to it. It isn't meant for physical combat but instead its a technique known as Aogukoto dubbed Fanning which its quite funny to Saraku. Saraku begins to practice fanning the fan acting like someone is in front of him needing to cool off and he works hard at it with all he can.

Saraku breathes out a bit moving onto the next part of his training of Rejection Of The Fan. Saraku moves onto the second version of his stance and its called Mawaru Sokyaku dubbed Spinning Rejection which is a alternative way to his Rejection Of The Fan but it has a stronger defensive stance.Though; However this version is more of deflecting the attacker as the other one had more of a projectiles approach to it.

Saraku though has never trained in Genjutsu, the style has a spiritual feel to it, like the weapon performs it for him without effort. The war fan shines within the move known as Gunbai no Enka dubbed Beacon Of The War Fan that cast a Genjutsu that increases some effect of food benefit. According to the scroll he had read, it directly affects allies only which Saraku nods in acceptance.

Saraku then moves onto the next part of it however he can feel his body feeling the limit of the learning on the style mentally. Saraku is only fifteen years old and yet learning so much in one day dedicated to it. Saraku then works on the move known as Gunbai no Hitei dubbed Denial Of The War Fan which can be again used defensively but from a offensive perspective as Saraku would swing the edge of it like some projectiles or attacker is coming at him.

Saraku moves onto the next move which has more of a spiritual feel then the last one he learned which is known as Gunbai no Hama dubbed Exorcism of the War Fan. Saraku remember reading in the scroll as he swings the Gunbai that it disperses any Genjutsu that it strikes or hits the caster of the Genjutsu. Though after charging chakra into the Gunbai, Saraku takes a breather realizing he can't use it constantly.

Saraku Senju moves onto his other style that is more offensive then his previous style so he begins working on a move called Pressing Lips. Saraku Senju creates his reverse sword from his wood cutting technique as he draws it doing two relaxed slashes and takes a relaxed stance. Saraku with his eyes, focused on how the slashes were; Saraku indeed keeps note to himself to always slash or side step his opponent with simple strikes like this.

Saraku Senju with his wood release made reverse sword, he begins to practice two relaxed sword slashes and putting the sword closer to him in a relaxed position. Saraku continues to do so listening to the beautiful sound of his sword swinging through the air as its a beautiful song to him. Saraku would even look at how his sword moves in the ways of the Samurai and to him it is great which is known as Retreating Kiss.

Saraku Senju begins the next move which is known as Kiss On The Cheek, which he practices about fake readying his weapon. After the fake out, Saraku would practice loose knuckle punches even hitting the air with the blunt side of his reverse sword. Saraku observes every moment making sure he nails the technique right and just adoring the beauty of the style.

Saraku then moves onto further techniques but a bit more advanced then the last set. Saraku begins to practice Alluring Kick which involves doing a slash and then a rotational swing, sudden rolling kick, or a spin kick to the finish of the combo move. Saraku practices this for five minutes as Saraku knows every move has to hit his opponent for it to count.

Saraku begins to learn a counter based move known as the Waiting Kiss, he takes a stance but before that stance, he uses the Clone Technique to make a clone to make a display for this technique. Saraku motions for his clone to come at him and try to attack him as if he is a enemy. The clone proceeds to do so which Saraku wide parries offsetting him and his clone then spins doing a backhand kick to his clone dispersing him.

Saraku reads further in his studies and finds there is a move known as Tongue Kiss, a weird name but makes sense. Saraku makes another clone which Saraku charges at him with a chakra enchanced snap slash to open his defenses then does a kick to the torso sending him flying. Saraku watches his clone disperse after which Saraku takes a breather a bit getting himself ready for the next training.

Saraku then moves onto the next set which will be harder then the last; Saraku begins on the move known as Trembling Lips. Saraku acts like a opponent is there as he does a few very loose horizontal slashes. Saraku then does a offset step and sneaks in a punch in a very awkward way.

Saraku for the next move, uses his Clone Jutsu to summon up a clone for the next training exercise. Saraku fights his clone and as they weapon deadlock between a reverse sword and a Kunai, he performs Accidental Kiss. Saraku with the accidental kiss, wide parries his clone then back flips kicking his opponent away from him breaking distance and dispersing his clone.

Saraku does the same thing performs the Clone Jutsu for another training session but this one is a counter move as well. Saraku fights with his clone and when he dodges, he exaggerates the dodge catching himself and does a fluid full circle of a kick which is called a Hickey. This move trips his clone dispersing him and so far with every dispersed clone, he is learning the style is very deadly with its moves.

Saraku doesn't use clones this time but goes over to a cliff seeing a good starting point jump for the move known as Spinning Tongue. Saraku takes five feet back for a running point which he begins to run. Saraku jumps over the cliff extending his leg acting like someone is there which his foot would meet and smash on contact into the person. This type of move should be used surprise or ambush a opponent knowing its not really viable if directly done.

After all that training, Saraku relaxes near the water fall which he stares into the waters looking at this own reflection thinking about the training he has done. Saraku disperse his own weapon knowing he doesn't need a reverse sword at this point as with the moves he has learned, he can easily use the style he was training on as Taijutsu as well.

Saraku Senju finishes his training which he lays back a bit relaxing thinking about his training and that he managed to become a bit stronger. Though strength isn't enough for his body to advance to the next level of chakra but it allowed him to learn a additional element known as Raiton or perhaps Lightning Style. However without further training for his chakra, he won't be able to tap into that chakra which he will gladly use to his own ends. Saraku looks at the waterfall seeing it pouring out through the area; to Saraku, the water would symbolize the constant flow of life through the shinobi nations. It may be one lake or river but it connects to many portions of land that many life may be spread across the land. Saraku though is thinking about his next move or where he can go to train even further to obtain further power of the Senju Clan.
