Niccea Majeare Nope it is incorrect I think it could rephrased: , as long as you do not have any accidents or traffic violations. or , as long as you have not been in any accidents or have past traffic violations. It really depends on what the sentence is trying to say. I didn't think so, I just think it's weird that it is phrased like that.
