Lucky Star being licensed?

The topic of a.f.k.'s irc channel was changed with a secret message "_____ ____ is licensed." Decrypting it (as if it wasn't obvious/easy enough already), there are 5 underscores in the first word and 4 in the second word obviously being Lucky Star.

However, there's no news anywhere about it. Its unknown weather a.f.k. get a cease and desist or what happened, but perhaps it has something to do with them stopping subbing of the title.. Discuss..

Yeah, A.F.K. has dropped Lucky Star and will remove past Lucky Star episode. I been sitting in their room for several minutes lurking. I now provide a little excerpt.

It's possible, but no one else had pulled the plug, and it isn't even out there yet.

Lucky Star can't be licensed yet. It had not been out long enough, and the 1st season has not been completed.

Look at how long it took for Haruhi to be licensed.

It's been out way more than enough for it's popularity to have been judged and acted upon accordingly. I'll counter that with, "Look how long it took Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann to be licensed." (11 or 13 episodes out of 26)

It's a bit strange though, as members of Animesuki are saying, localizing this is going to be rather awkward with all of the otaku and cultural references. Either way, it ain't been confirmed or announced - so let's not go crazy! It's been officially dropped by a.f.k., so pick up the Guerrand sub, it's not that bad at all.

I don't notice any glaring flaws, I just watched the opening back to back by both sub groups (Guerrand doesn't sub the OP bein the only difference). The grammar and sentence structure was good, didn't notice any mispellings, they are pretty well done.

no! Guerrand doesn't compare.

Guerrand isn't bad. The font and color are pretty much identical to A.F.K. I didn't notice any mistakes when watching episode 17 and 18.
