special tourny?

I think we should have a special tourny.
the guild memebers fight and the winner is promoted to crew,then next month the same tourny is held again and the champion of the last tourny is force to fight for his title..if he loses he gets demoted and the winner get his title as champion and become a crew.

I know crew members are supposed to be good battlers, but are you sure that battle strength should be the chief factor in decision?

Yea but I'm EV training a Gengar with 171 speed and 166 SpAttack at lv 50... (Timid Nature)
and nobody will beat nitint so they'll just keep getting demoted...
So I'll have to get promoted by being active!!!

Edit: Unless all there pokemon were properly ev trained and had perfect Ivs.

the point of nitnit is for you to get demoted..so it's a fair event..it might not even be nitnit could be me or kunx
this is kind like the battle tower if you keep on winning you have to prove your worth by fighting one of the best

it has already happen before...if he should lose..maybe they get to keep there spot forever and a new "crew champion" will be elected

Don't like how people can get up to crew so easily.

BUT

We could hold a special Battle Tower like structure. With 5 people in the tower and people battling each other to get to the top. We could hold contests like who can stay on top the longest or who can get to the top the quickest.
