I think maybe an OVA would just suffice, because with as much that can happen, out of ALL of that, continuing Blood+ would probably kill it ;_;

why was i the one to vote that there shouldnt be anymore episodes? because i think it was actually a perfect way to end, and nothing could have finished it off better, though i wouldnt mind pretend type episodes of saya flitting around ^^
