I have Windows movie maker and I want to know how to do that Flash thing.

Edit: And is there a way to get more effects for Windows?

Flashes like some blinking Colors or short pics?
That is really easy you only set a littel pic into your timeline and make it short as you can, best is one frame but i dont know if you can make it in WMM.

You can also add a white blank title screen to your timeline and do a sharp/steep fade-in&out on it.

But I've never used MovieMaker....that's what I do in Premiere...
