Okay, this might not be very good, as I'm going to make it up on the spot. Bear with me.
Fears
The things we fear,
The slow-shed tears,
Are things we can't escape.
We cringe away,
And cower low,
When our fears come too close.
A darkened room;
A thunder crash;
A hairy, blackened bug.
A flying bat;
A scaly snake;
A smelly, burning drug.
None of these things
Arouse my fears,
Despite their deadly charm.
I fear one thing
Above all else:
That Daddy won't come home.
The End
Well, now, that wasn't too bad. I'll to remember that one.

Good, I liked the fact that you had meter.

Zane is a shapeshifter from the Kiesha'Ra series by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes. He's a cobra, and he's awesome and hot...or cold, whichever. Zane is my hero! 4laugh heart

I honestly love this...and my deepest fear, besides cockroaches (I don't know why I'm afraid of them), is losing the ones I love, so I can completely agree with your poem 3nodding

Good poem. I thought it was going another way though... I thought you were going to end up fearing love, but thats just because its popular to put that into poems and songs... I really liked it.
