Random glitches like that happen. Try reloading the household. If that doesn't work, I once had a sim that kept glowing (it was from the elixir of life), and it stopped when I moved him to a different lot. Other than that, I don't know. ^^; Sorry....

thanks, i'll try that next time i hope reloding it works, if not i might have to wait until she's an adult because thats when im moving her out, i dont want to move the family out before then just to move them back in.

You could try forcing an error on her and getting her to reset. Open the cheat window and type in "boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true" (minus the quotes). Hold the shift key down and click on the Sim with the bubbles. This should give you new menu options. Go through them until you find "Force Error". Click on it and a dialogue box will appear asking if you want to Delete, Reset or Cancel. Select the Reset option and hopefully the bubbles should stop. Turn the cheat off now by typing it again but adding false in instead of true.
wahmbulance Whatever you do, do NOT select the Delete option on the dialogue box. This can get rid of your Sim permanently.

Please let us know if it works. Not enough people bother to say whether the solutions offered work or not.
