Can teens and adults flirt with each other?

I've been wondering for awhile, can they? o.o Or is there a special cheat for it to be possible?
I also need help on counting generations. For ex: I have this couple and their kid. The kid = generation 2, right? Then the same couple have another kid = generation 3 and so on right?

If you have sim college, if you have young adult sims, then they can.

Generate = parent to child. So a second child is of the same generation of the first.

i.e. Grandparents are gen 1, parents are gen 2, kids are gen 3.


Teens and adults cannot interact unless you have inteen.

Well, yes and no. It's a really complicated hack, so you have to read everything that comes with it. I actually backed up my hood before I installed it. I also got the hack conflict checker over at Paladin's Place.

I haven't had any problems with it myself, but it could cause problems if you have a hack that interferes with it or you don't install it properly.

Then you just click on the desired sim you want to flirt with, and search through the options until you find "flirt".
Make sure they have high relationship points, though.
And, I don't think they can go steady or anything, but I'm not sure.

Well I'm glad that in Sims colledge the teens can flirt with the adults because I always have to wait until the teen turns into a adult for them to be in love-

I definitely wouldn't recommend Inteen. I tried it once and alot of the coding was screwed.It didn't actually mess up my game per se but u get little irritating stuff tht just doesn't seem to run as smoothly as the original game without the hack.

For example couples can now breakup without having low relationship scores but when the animation is ongoing, there is no sound and there is no memory of it afterwards. etc.etc..
