Shoot one portal into the lion's cage, then move into the lion's vison. When he charges, shoot the second portal under his feet to send him into the cage. Shoot the HPD again at the wall in front of you to close the portal in the cage to keep him from escaping. Take the companion cube with you to the cake and enjoy.
