Well there a really famous series of books about vampires from Anne Rice, i'm sure you can find lot of names there like Lestat or Marius.
I'm sure those books can help you out wink

I have a five page list of Vampyre names that I downloaded off the internet, and since I can't be bothered to try and find the website again I'm just going to type out the list of names that are under the headings 'Historical, Literary and Movie Vampires: Male'...hopefully you may be able to find something to your liking from this list.

Azrael, I'm sure, is an angel name... Dai is a familiar shortening of the Japanese name Daisuke, Haim is a name of Hebrew origin, Mikail is the Russian transliteration of "Michael", and that's all I can think of.
