Aaaah, the weather was so nice~
Tiruan lay sprawled out underneath one of the larger trees, enjoying himself immensely. He had absolutely nothing to do today, and was content to just lie around like a lump. Nobody would bother him all the way out here, which meant that he didn't have to deal with any social interactions. He'd already had one scuffle this morning over something that he'd said (how was he supposed to know that the lie would come out of his mouth so fast?). The lion didn't need another one. His sides still stung where the lioness's claws had made contact.
With a slight huff at the memory, Tiruan rolled over onto his other side. Life was tough being the resident liar sometimes, yet it wasn't tough enough for him to change his ways. He had enough friends. Any more would mean that he couldn't have alone time, like he had now. And what good alone time it was.

‘Kali was moving closer to where Tiruan lay, unaware of his presences still. Her thoughts lay sprawled all along the lands as she took in a deep sigh and frowned. Her sister, the Goddess of the harvest was back now, that only meant trouble for the lands. She always kept herself tucked away from everyone else… so to see her again, well, it would be joyous but upsetting.
She lost herself as she stopped gazed upward, smiling slightly to herself. She missed a lot of things it seemed, her sister, brother and friends. Kali traveled a lot and now… now to be back at home, well, it was just overwhelming.
She had missed this place, this pride… deeply.
Her bright eyes narrowed as she sighed and turned her head, noticing the figure of another- a male. With a soft frown and slowly made her way closer to him and with a soft squeak she jumped.
Tiruan! It was Tiruan! He couldn’t contain herself; she felt all kinds of mixed emotions swell within her chest as she quickly trotted over to him, smiling brightly as she spoke out.
“Tiruan! My gods its you!”
She could never forget him; he was her first love, her first crush before she left the lands to see the world.

The soft squeak made Tiruan's ears twitch, and he lifted his head. Had he just heard a squeak? He normally wasn't concerned with small animal noises, but the sound he'd just heard sounded like it had been made by something bigger. Orange eyes blinked slowly, as Tiruan frowned. He didn't see anything in the immediate area—wait, was that Mekali? The male jumped to his feet instantly, ears swiveling forward as she came towards him. It was Mekali! How could he forget that face? Though he may have called her ugly the first time he met her, Tiruan knew he had been lying. He thought she was the prettiest lioness he'd ever seen, even if he never told her.
"Mekali! How've you been?"
Tiruan couldn't help but grin, doing his best to keep a firm leash on his brain. There had been no opportunity to lie with his first question, but he knew there would be more coming. He had to watch his mouth around Mekali.
